I'm really not very happy. Myself and my partner went to a viewing at 14 kinnerton court last Tuesday. On Wednesday morning I received a call from I think Eleanor who wanted to talk about our application at kinnerton way. She told us the landlord liked us and offered us the place on a 12 month tenancy instead of 6 months and I told them I would talk to my partner and get back to them. I spoke to my partner and that afternoon I called back and told you we would be very happy to take that offer and move in who in response told me "that's fantastic". Now I called back today to ask what was going on with the property and you have told me that the landlord has actually gone with someone else. This has really screwed us over. Our current landlord is expecting us to be gone in a weeks time and our new jobs in Exeter are expecting us to be able to start in a weeks time which we can't since we're a 3 hour commute away. We are ready to move in on the 17th as we we're promised but now we've been screwed over. We are not happy about this.... Read more

Recently sold my property with Hunters. Originally it was on with another estate agents for quite sometime and it was becoming disheartening with "potential buyers" but nothing materialising.... after switching with Hunters I very quickly got a buyer. Darron kept me in the loop through out and was very approachable. He made the process as stress free as possible.
