During my tenancy, some of our ceiling fell through and we had rats in our kitchen, room was in poor condition, shower went hot and cold often, oven didnt work, cleaner didnt always arrive on time. They claimed the poor condition of the property was due to the landlord but regardless they put minimal effort into helping a bad situation myself and my flatmates were in. I saw many flatmates move in and out as soon as they could. I've given them 2 stars because they helped with a couple of things but for most of my experience I was neglected by the agents.... This is definitely the worst agency I have ever dealt with. They made us waste 1 week of our time by promising that house will be clean and mold would be removed from wall ( actually it was all over the flat ) On the 2th of May we were supposed to move into the house. I went first to see the house and it wasn't clean at all and mold was still everywhere. They refused to paint the walls ( full of scratches and stains all over the house ), so we accepted to paint it ourselves once we move in. We were told by the agent ( Saleh ) that there is not need to remove mold if we were going to paint, which is such a poor solutions with a worse outcome. As we refused to move in due previos facts we were told mold would be treated properly and house would be clean properly ( as on the 2th of may I found even used face cover behind the beds). We sent an email to the agency explaining the house situation, mold everywhere and intense humidity smells. Obviously that place was not suitable as a healthy environment to live in. Now the agency says that holding deposit is not refundable because we don't want to live there, which is not true. Holding deposit is £369. Legal advise to the council has been requested. Therefore, soon we will get back to them to get our money back. As it is not legal what they did by law. I will post as many pictures as I have as soon as I can.... Read more

This is a terrible estate agents. I do not recommend using them. They cancelled our house viewing claiming the house was not ready so we booked another day and when we travelled all the way to view the house they did not show up. They then told us the property had been sold to someone else. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They pay no regard to the customer. Definitely something dodgy going on here.... Read more

Cosmopolitan Homes took over my flat that was managed by another agency that had a dispute with the landlord and left the flat with our (me and my 4 flatemates) deposits. Cosmopolitan homes was very understanding and accepted that we do not pay another deposit, although they had nothing to do with all the mess. They also managed to sort the internet whose contract was ended by the previous agency. I had no issue with them. Flexible, responsive.... Read more

Very Professional - had their masks on - kept to social distancing rules and made us feel very comfortable. We secured a house and have moved in and the agency were helpful enough to make all the arrangements to even have our furniture delivered and let the movers in. Great Service.... Read more
