Court collaboration has left a trail of destruction across the Eastside of Birmingham. We are left with piles of rubble where functioning businesses once stood. Absolute disgrace that planning permission was ever given to Court.... Read more

I don't trust this company at all. One of the directors of Court Collaboration has a very colourful past being named in the leaked Panama Papers and also high court cases and other allegations made in multi million pound fraud cases where millions have disappeared and with links to an alleged blackmail plot in the millions of pounds and the alleged misappropriation of millions of his clients money. The director has been described by a high court judge as a "Treacherous" "Front" man.Top London Law firm Memery Crystal wrote an article about the circumstances surrounding the director called abuse and privilege. It warns about putting your assets in control of "untrustworthy individuals" in tax havens. Of course over the years nothing was proven. Teflon ! Because of this I'm struggling to trust them with my 50K deposit. There are bigger and better firms doing similar developments in Birmingham who have a more extensive proven track record. I'm not willing to gamble my hard earned money with them until I see hard evidence that buildings will get completed. Court Collaboration recently made payments to the Labour Party MP Jess Philips and also recently stepped in to save the high profile Birmingham St Patrick's Day Parade. The cynics among you may wonder is Court Collaboration attempting to curry favor with the incumbent Birmingham City Labour run Council. Or maybe they are just doing these good deeds because they have really big hearts of gold. Given the fact that Court Collaboration has a very dire record on it's social housing provision with an extremely hard nosed approach to proving any social housing, I will leave you to draw your own conclusions here. Yours Truly Mr Babylon, Glen Moar House, High Trees, Somewhere in the Caribbean.... Read more
