We were not selling via Cranes, we were in fact the buyers of a property they were the agents for. The process turned out to be complicated and difficult and lead to a lot of tooing and throwing between solicitors, but I have to say that Clairs involment in chasing solicitors, conveying information and generally keeping us update was invalueble. At times it felt like Clair was buying the house with us, she was that involved. But Having experienced using Cranes in the past when we bought our first house in Cranfield and now having them involved this time, the service we have received has been nothing short of excellent, all of the team John, Garenth and Clair, thank you, I hope you dont have too many cases like ours. I have moved from their house in 1 of February but they asked me to pay the rent until 24 as I had contract with them , I payed for the rent and they went in to the house put the heating on , in the maximum and left the light on . They still didn’t returned my deposit and is 10.04.2018 , and they expect me to pay the full amount of bills , I don’t recommend anyone to rent from this company.... Read more
