HORRENDOUS. We have been model tenants for almost four years. We came under Beasleys with our tenancy before the take over a year or so ago. At that time, they were brilliant - Amelia was lovely. Very friendly and professional. Without doubt the best estate agents we had dealt with. But since the take over, customer service, courtesy, prompt reaction to repair issues, the personal touch, have plummeted, and are pretty much non existent - replaced instead by 'generic emails' where they can't even be bothered to address it to your name, ridiculous and unnecessarily complicated fault reporting online instead of the old simple way by a phone call, accounting that cannot cope with any kind of date change without sending out pointless emails, presumptuous emails IGNORING lawful tenant rights, TELLING us when they are coming for an inspection and stating they will enter with keys if we are not in - really? - instead of ASKING us when it is convenient both day and time, so we can give them permission to enter our home. Rude. All of which culminates on making us feel of no value as tenants, and certainly nothing more than an income stream. Horrendous. If it were not for our brilliant landlord who is the best we have ever had, we would have moved for the singular reason of getting away from Bealey's new and atrocious approach to tenants.

I had an excellent experience with Jake and William. From the very start they were friendly, professional and genuinely cared about making the process as smooth as possible. They sold my flat very quickly and kept me updated at every stage which really helped take the stress out of selling. Any questions or issues I had were dealt with promptly and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
Jake and William are both really genuine people who clearly know what they are doing and take pride in their work. The whole process was straightforward and much easier than I expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell as they made what could have been a stressful time feel simple and well managed.

We've recently been shown around a couple of houses by one of the staff at Beasleys, and we would definitely recommend their services. Will M was polite, open and friendly during our house viewings. He was knowledgeable about the properties we viewed, having done his research prior and very honest in answering any questions we had - something we've struggled with previously with rental agents! When the first property wasn't a fit, Will also went out of his way to find others that might be. It was a breath of fresh air. William was very professional, had no problem waiting as were running 10 minutes behind and took his time to show us the property while allowing us space to look around. There was one or two questions Williams wasn't 100% sure on. Instead of guessing, he noted them down and said he would come back to us. He recapped our questions before we left. Pleasant viewing and we will be submitting an offer for purchase.

We had a property viewing with Saoirse. She was very courteous. We were able to ask lots of questions to which she had the answers and was very informative.
You can tell she has a real passion and totally engaged in her position as an estate agent.
At no point did Saoirse rush us as she let us view the property at our leisure which was wonderful.

LETTINGS REVIEW:
It's been nothing but trouble having Beasley's as our letting agent for our rental property. Beasley's operate in a very casual fashion and it often feels like they are working against not for the landlord. List of some of the issues we have had (not exhaustive):
1. Example inventory provided by Beasley's which we followed to the letter but when it came to tennant move out the inventory was not detailed enough meaning we couldn't claim for damage.
2. Not paid rent on multiple occasions (Tennant's paid 6 months upfront) Beasley's forgot to transfer monies to ourselves until chased.
3. Issues raised by Tennant's were not communicated to ourselves for resolution in all instances. Occasionally issues were communicated initially but then we never received any follow up communications on if the issue has been resolved.
4. Did not communicate a tenant move out date we were completely unaware the Tennant's had moved out (expected them to be in the property for an extra week) until I received a call while at work asking if I could go to the property to support the move out inspection.
5. Inexperienced contractors - was told our property did not have a C02 detector, but infact NEST have it built in. They tried charge us a lot of money for a new detector. Surely engineers and contractors that are used by Beasley's should be well vetted and educated.
6. Staff unaware of property keys, they were asking for a key when they already had multiple keys in their office!
7. Property address on my invoice spelt wrongly in multiple places. Even when you tell them how to correct it they appear unable to follow instructions.
8. Tenant dispute - even when a resolution has been communicated, it takes forever for anything to be actioned. Still to this date we have not recieved part of the tenant deposit.
9. Communication over the phone is then translated differently when you receive an email from Beasley's on the same topic.
We have already sent a complaint email to Beasley's over a month ago I am yet to receive a reply to address this.

Love this estate agency! Third time we have used their services with one previous purchase & two sales - I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough - all of the team are true professionals with expert knowledge of the Milton Keynes property market & the area we lived in.
When our first purchaser pulled out due to unforeseen circumstances they were kind, thoughtful & emphatic to our situation as we had just made an offer on our onward purchase property. They promptly relisted our property as a Premium Listing to ensure it went to the top of the page & they quickly secured us another buyer within weeks of re launching our property back on to the market, we was very impressed to say the least.

Will McCuster, my letting agent was particularly supportive and professional, guiding me through the procedures and nothing was too much trouble. If he didn't know the answer to a question I asked (I asked many!!) he would find out immediately, he solved any issues I had expertly and was calm and very courteous. The best tenancy agent I've ever rented through, and I've rented all over the UK for over 10 years. From start to finish the team at Beasley's (Karen, Maria, Michele, Amelia) have always been friendly, professional, pragmatic, and genuine. The tenancy documents were clear, the onboarding process was easy, and my deposit was returned without issue. Problems with the property during my tenancy were handled efficiently and resolved quickly, no questions asked. I had to move away from Woburn Sands but I will genuinely miss Beasley & Partners - if only all estate agents were this good!

You will never find a more professional estate agent than BEARSLEY & PARTNERS' in the whole of Milton Keynes. After being messed about by other estate agents in Milton Keynes, big names, wont mention for now, Bearsley & Partners are truly one of a kind. The main quality with this agent is 'HONESTY',Integrity, sincerity and respect. These qualities unfortunately lack with other agents. I would like to thank PETER for his exceptional customer service..Truly admired, wish him a long, healthy, happy life. Thank you .

They are always very quick to get back to me and I feel they personally care about me as well as the property – always very willing to help me with any concerns I have and support me wherever they can.
