I've lived in property by these people. Since 2013 never had gas safety certificate, when getting outside help, as I could not be told where or how my deposit being held. I have now received threats from the estate agent claiming he will get someone to remove my belongings & put them on the street. Im five years I've had, a gas leak which to 2 weeks to resolve, water cut off as my water supply is linked to the property below me this was on a weekend which temperatures hit 31. A faulty cooker, which promised a new one again a 2 to 3 week wait for the cooker to then be faulty was reported over a year ago, to be ignored. Electrocution, due to a washing machine provide by Landlord/estate agent setting alight, I then had to provide my own washing machine after being left without one for 2 months. A fridge freezer that had been complained about 6months, But environmental health had to step in and state it unsafe also a fire hazard.... Read more
