Called in on Wednesday to ask if they could print/copy me one piece of paper and I offered to pay for it...the young lady who came to my assistance was very nice and helpful but when she turned around for approval of this from her colleague,her revolting colleague turned round with a nasty face and said there a printers up the road and carried on working! What a disgusting revolting nasty women!

I was recommended Featherstone Leigh East Sheen by a friend who went through their previous purchase with them. I had an excellent experience with Matt who did a really great job getting my purchase through in a very tight deadline. He was organised and proactive, prompt with responses and great to work with. Highly recommended.

Advise all landlords to stay away from this establishments. They’ve misplaced funds and are now very impolite and rude. They actually had the nerve to get my pregnant wife involved and put her under stress after I emailed to say she was pregnant.
Just poor. Do not use.
Strong advise - use another estate agent unless you want your funds misplaced and your mortgage unpaid. Poor service. How do you misplace fund and can’t locate it.

Very professional and effective. At first I thought that it would be another dexters or foxtons due their fast-growing popularity. I was wrong. Emma was our consultant and she made everything for us to feel comfortable. She has also shown very professional and competent. From all agencies I've been in contact with this one is far the best one I came across. Would definitely contact them again. Very grateful for everything.

Very happy with the level of professionalism of the team especially with their attention to communication. Dealt with a number of staff from initial viewing to final delivery of keys and found them most helpful and pleasant to deal with along the journey even though sometimes the delays were introduced from my own party of legal representatives.
Can definitely recommend Featherstone Leigh in Sheen to deal with your interests.

I cannot rate the service I have received from Featherstone Leigh highly enough. They are the most friendly and professional estate agents I have ever dealt with. From my first viewing with Tom, to dealing with the paperwork and the move with Emma, everything has run really smoothly. Emma, in particular, has been extremely friendly and communicative, and really made me feel at ease during a stressful time. After having had quite a few negative dealings with estate agents previously, this has restored my faith!

Thanks to the Featherstone Leigh team in East Sheen, we finally moved into a lovely flat. Emma, Emily and Tom were really friendly, helpful and professional. It was a pleasure to deal with them. The process from viewing to check-in was handled well and they were really good in corresponding with us all the way, which is really key to a smooth and successful transaction. The fees are reasonable compared to the other agencies we came across with, while we were still looking for a property. Sadly, the property we're renting isn't managed by them, it would've been perfect.

My partner and I have had an excellent experience dealing with Richard from Featherstone Leigh. We recently completed the purchase of our first home and Richard has been a constant source of help and guidance throughout the process. We had a number of complications with the seller's solicitors, meaning the sale took over 6 months from start to finish, but Richard really helped drive them on.
