    I cannot recommend David S, Angela and David J highly enough. I sold my house through this branch - starting the process in June 2016 and completed in Nov 2016. David S is a great branch manager and has turned things around at this branch in my view. He came to appraise my house personally, and was not pushy at all. We had a long chat and left us to think about our decision to list. We have had a different experience in the past. Angela ended up responsible for the eventual buyers, and kept us informed at all steps along the way and was extremely friendly, responsive and professional. Overall I recommend BM Wandsworth and was very happy with the service.

    I want to thank David Scott and Angela Cuff from Barnard Marcus and the rest of the team for their hard work getting us across the line with our sale. I also want to thank Dominic and Leanna from the lettings team who were also a massive help throughout the tenancy, and while we were listing with the sales team, a very happy experience.     A really good experience in the end. Had the property on with a few agents and certainly Barnard Marcus stood out, not just the offers we had, but the communication was very good. Before we brought them on we did have to ask our previous agent about viewings and feedback which we thought was the norm, but then with Barnard Marcus we received viewing confirmation in advance and a 'game plan' call mid week they called it, which was different but certainly from our perspective very interesting and almost relieving as to what their plan was with generating interest to get us sold and moved.     We had a very good experience with the result but what I will say they are a big company and I had a lot of calls from more than wandsworths office about viewings on the property when I asked just David be the point of contact. This was important and why we chose Bernard Marcus over the other agents because of their people yet we did have other staff from offices in the company contacting us. However David is extremely professional and was a pleasure to deal with. Angela was always available to speak with as this was a family property it helped to keep everyone in the know, very genuine and I will recommend their office be the one to deal with.
