I was looking to rent a property promoted by william H Brown in Lincoln. During the viewing I was promised a call the very next morning, I never got it. I phoned twice more throughout the week, both times getting the same empty promises and the same lack of response. Unfortunately this wasn't the only concern. When I did try to get information to move our search forward, they were unhelpful to the point of being resistant of any such help. They were often arrogant, mostly ignorant and overall unfriendly. If I believed such things happened, I would say they were acting with prejudice, although I am not sure why. If prejudice was't the cause of their decision to be unhelpful, then I can only assume they are like this to everyone, and that is not good at all. I was left feeling angered, and if needing to find a new property, I wold gladly turn my back on William H Brown full stop. This is shocking service from a business that I thought was a premium brand in Lincoln. I hope they read this and deal with their staff's apparent lack of any courtesies whatsoever.
