Myself and my Fiancè cannot thank Jacqui enough for her help. Jacqui has been absolutely amazing. After hearing mine and my partners situation where we lost all of our belongings due to an illegitimate landlord, she went above and beyond to ensure we got the property. After being homeless for a month with nobody seeming to want to help we were losing faith quickly. We were fortunate enough to meet Jacqui who made the entire process completely painless. We now have a home in an extremely desired location and couldn’t be happier. I recommend Curshalls estate agents to absolutely anyone! A fantastic family run business with high morals and fantastic staff. Disappointing service received in the end by the estate agent. Exchanged contracts on the property nearly 2 months ago and moved in 3 weeks ago. For sale sign still outside and is still on Zoopla as under offer. Asked countless times for the for sale sign and add to be removed, was always suppose to be done tomorrow. On three occasions I’ve had people nosy in the house (it was obviously empty on the photos). 1 Day before exchange of contract we strangely got guzumped by a cash buyer (weird that!) two days later cash buyer mysteriously pulled out! After speaking to the sellers solicitor he wasn’t even aware a cash buyer had agreed a higher price and his clients were still proceeding with us! The estate agent could never get hold of our sellers if there was issues (but was able to get hold of them when she had a higher offer) again weird! Having brought and sold a few properties now I have never come across this before and found it completely wrong. Would not recommend.... Read more
