We had such a great experience with the lettings team at John Francis. Ashleigh showed us around the property. She was very professional and knowlegable about the property. We came into branch and sat with Emma to go through our tenancy agreement. She was very welcoming and answered all of our questions. Since moving in to the property we have been dealing with Sam; who is always on hand to help if we need anything. After experiencing a lot of problems with our last property, the team at john francis lettings have made our renting experience very stress free.
