Our personal experience with Peter Allen is a disgrace from start to finish.
Paid for a service which we did not have. Paid a lot of money to them for nothing apart from putting a sign up and 2 viewings. A complaint is going to there head office over a few other things. Will never use them again.

I have had a flawless experience with Peter Alan Lettings, in particular Urszula Figura, who was so helpful and efficient in setting up my tenancy and getting things organised in time for my tenancy start date. She communicated with me brilliantly throughout the process and made everything as smooth and easy as possible. Moving house is always stressful, but my move was far less so with Urszula managing things.

First time dealing with this company Peter Alan..I was quite skeptical about the processing because need to go through a lot of things..but honest to goodness..they are reliable..And also impressed with the manager Urszula Figura..when I inquired about rental on that day, she made the possibilities of meeting me to view the house according to my given frame. Me and my colleague have shifted in to our new rented property..its lovely..Thank you..

Very professional and extremely helpful team. Made first contact via an email in which I had a prompt phone call back from a lovely sales representative that arranged a viewing for the property I was interested in. She also arranged for me to have a chat with the in-house mortgage advisor, although I had a mortgage in principle already in place I found him to very informative and went through a lot more options that were previously open to me via a different company, I am now using his services. I viewed the property with the same person that rang me and it was a brilliant viewing she gave us plenty of time and was willing to answer any questions we had. After further assistance from the mortgage advisor and branch manager I was successful in the offer. I'm really grateful for such fantastic service and can't wait to get everything done with them.

Dire very bad service only giving one star as I can't give a zero rating verbally agreed to buy a property sold through them put my property up for sale sold it within two weeks notified Peter Alan Gorseinon and we're met with excuses and return phone calls which never came finally we were told it had been sold and the contract signed four days earlier then a later call we were asked to up our offer which was refused and I asked how can an offer be made on a property that has been signed for... No reply very poor and not professional at all
