I contacted cxg about a viewing on a property and they booked me in for a viewing swiftly. It was good up until that point. It then got to the day where I drove 16 miles to haverhill (after a Nightshift in ICU). I arrived for my viewing 5minutes early to which I waited 25 minutes and nobody bothered to show up. I then went online to check and confirm the address only to find the property was no longer online to let!! I had checked back at all correspondence and had no contact or cancellation of my viewing! This is appalling service, very disappointed.... Read more

They own a property near me and the drunk, druggie tenant they have put in is a disgrace. Cant sit in garden with kids, due to language smell of drugs etc. They only care about getting rent, landlords be vary wary, Avoid like the plague, unless you want windows smashed and drug use in propertys...
