I couldn't recommend Cheffins enough! They have gone above and beyond to help me find my new home and I honestly couldn't speak highly enough of the Team but especially Laura Yemm. She has been incredible throughout and continuously after. nothing has been too much trouble and even checking in and remembering the little details about you and your new home which was such a lovely touch and even made my day. This has been so lovely and welcoming The Team at Cheffins have been great and I recommend them to anyone looking to rent, buy and sell! I have rented two properties through Cheffins Haverhill, the service is above and beyond always there if you call or email with a swift reply. Christina and Max and Jade even the sales team answer the phone time to time when all of the letting agents are busy, that shows how they very proactive. Our experience with Cheffins and our landlord has been wonderful from start to finish. We are sad to be moving after just a year due to the sale of the property, as we had hoped to stay long-term. Moving frequently is difficult, and it would have been more convenient if we had known the house was a potential sale. Nonetheless, we never felt rushed, and the sales team always respected our time and privacy. They were polite and professional throughout the process. We’d also like to express our gratitude to the landlord for their understanding and for ensuring the property was well-maintained during our stay. Very disappointed when they tried to take over £500 of the deposit after leaving the property in good condition. They ended up taking under £100 because most of their initial claims were directly contradictory with inventory+contract. Poor end of tenancy service for tenants.... Read more
