I have rented two properties through Cheffins Haverhill, the service is above and beyond always there if you call or email with a swift reply. Christina and Max and Jade even the sales team answer the phone time to time when all of the letting agents are busy, that shows how they very proactive. I don’t think I would use any other agency just because I feel like I’m looked after by Cheffins. Highly recommend

Our experience with Cheffins and our landlord has been wonderful from start to finish. We are sad to be moving after just a year due to the sale of the property, as we had hoped to stay long-term. Moving frequently is difficult, and it would have been more convenient if we had known the house was a potential sale. Nonetheless, we never felt rushed, and the sales team always respected our time and privacy. They were polite and professional throughout the process.
We’d also like to express our gratitude to the landlord for their understanding and for ensuring the property was well-maintained during our stay. We took pride in keeping the house in good condition, and the landlord was equally committed to making sure everything was in excellent shape for us. A special thanks to Jade White, who has always been there to assist and support us whenever we needed it.
Cheffins has truly made this experience smooth and enjoyable, and we would have loved to stay with them for the long term. Thank you for your outstanding service!

All of the staff at Cheffins Haverhill are absolutely amazing. I can't thank them all enough for the service and support they've given us in our property search. Everyone is so polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The whole process was seamless. Although we were dealing with the lettings team, the sales team were also always very helpful, so thank you also Caroline Haines and the rest of the team :)

An awful experience extremely slow replies after all information was given and being the first to reply and ask to rent a place, all of a sudden the place has been fully booked.
Waiting for 24 hours for a reply , very unhelpful , I am extremely disappointed

My partner and I have recently rented our first home together, we had the delight of having jade as our estate agent and she was an angel, she answered every question we had and hasn’t left us in the dark at all, this is the only experience we’ve had with private renting but definitely the best!
