Matthew & Sara East who insisted on renting this property through their mates at Samuels Estate Agents are under investigation.
I’m not going to categorise the horrors we have suffered here, but it’s well beyond the pale, Samuels are a disgraceful organisation, and I’m personally going to deal with their disgusting behaviour.
These people have targeted a whistleblower of NatWest Bank, for personal gain.
You are a sick and morbid operation and you should be closed down. I’m going to be local should you want a chat?

Bought a property through them.
They had great handling of this and gave us regular updates on how it was progressing due to sellers solicitor not complying with what they said.
Very friendly attitude and always more than willing to try the best they could to speed process up.
Could of fault them for what they done as a company from viewing the property to completing of the sale.
We would recommend them not only for the hard work they put in but also for their honest comments and knowledge

They are good untill you move out, then it will take long time for them to sign of your house, still waiting for deposit back. Update. Most money has been returned, did get charged a lot for cleaning.

Absolute joke of an estate agents! Completely unprofessional and rude! Dealt with several different agents for one property! the woman I belive her name was Anastasia stood in the corner whilst me and my partner looked round the property she didn't speak to us at all just stood there on her phone, when we asked questions she was unprofessional and very informative. Think you all need a training day in customer service and how to treat and speak to people.

Samuels is one of the best property agents in Haverhill may be in UK. They don't have any hidden charges. They wouldn't push to go through mortgage advisor. They will really work hard to make your dream true. I bought my first property through them. Highly recommended.
