From initial contact, to the sales details - including a very inventive video, made on the only rainy day for weeks and weeks with a ‘Singing in the rain’ sound track! l had several viewings in the first week and an agreed sale within around 2 weeks ( after having been with another agent for 4 months with no viewings at all) The whole process has been easy, efficient, profession, respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend them and especially if you have a slightly quirky property. Thanks to all.- 5th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)If you're selling a house, I can definitely recommend Cheffins. I was undecided on whether to sell or not. It was no problem for Cheffins and Ryan in Sales arranged a valuation visit and discussed the options. Having decided to sell, Cheffins took care of the rest, including keeping an eye on the vacant property for me. It all went as smoothly as possible. If you need an estate agent, give Cheffins a call. Not just sales, they're great for lettings too.

As first-time buyers, it has been great having someone as knowledgeable as her to look after us. Her communication has been excellent, and she made sure we were kept up to date at every stage. We couldn’t recommend her enough!

We had a very bumpy ride with my purchase of a property, but with fantastic communication, professional expediency, coupled with a faith that it would eventually happen, we got there. I cannot thank them enough for their patience. I wouldn't hesitate in using this agency for any further selling/ purchasing, or letting needs.

Again, the service that we received from James, Tracy, Callum and the team was excellent. After perseverance from them, a buyer was found! The after sales service was great - we were kept up to date with everything and the minor hiccups were sorted out quickly by James enabling the sale to proceed to completion.
