If you would like your property grossly under valued with a poor sale's team. Or even a valuation that isn't worth the paper it's written on. I highly recommend using DM hall. Disastrous experience in both selling and valuing 2 seperate property's.... Read more

Double Check Everything. If your buying a property and DM Hall have done the home report please please check everything as they just tick everything off as ok without checking and from what I hear they take payments from sellers to make reports more attractive. Just check everything as they are not to be trusted.... Read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would . I had my property valued From This Mob just a few days ago . The guy who came to my house Clearly had no clue at all on how to value MY property , but instead started looking for COMPARISONS etc . That's all fine and well but you would then need to compare like for like to value equally. Also stated that he would need to research the area and conclude a valuation. DM HALL are a joke outfit I expected the surveyor to value MY PROPERTY not go looking to research the area or find comparisons. VALE THE PROPERTY AS AND WHEN YOU SEE IT , DONT LOOK TO COMPARE IT WITH ANYTHING ELSE YOUR JOB IS TO VALUE THE PROPERTY THAT YOU GO TO SEE . CLOWNS... Read more

Dreadful company. Undervalued my property and then correctly valued it after I pointed out the value of similar properties in the area. Why did I have to point this out to a "qualified" surveyor that was charging me £480 per hour? This was followed by myself and the lawyer having to chase them up for the survey and epc certificate 26 days after they had taken the payment. do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.... Read more

Would definitely not recommend this company atall. After a valuation on my property from one of there surveyors they valued my property £15,000 more than a previous valuation and a figure that 3 estate agents told me to market my property on costing me an absolute fortune. Absolute cowboy. I actually felt robbed. Horrible... Read more
