Me and partner visited the store a few months back. We had been given the news by our current estate agents that we had to move out of our current house as the landlady wanted it back to live in due to a dramatic change in their circumstances. We were assessing every estate agent in Holyhead to find the best for us. When we walked in we were slow to be greeted even though there were no other people in there. We explained our situation to the lady and were very promptly told there were no properties available. During the very brief dicussion the staff member kept glancing and a lady (presumably in a higher position) as if asking what to dd. She was the one that told us there was nothing. Im not one to write bad reviews but the whole situational made us feel very judged, to be told right of the bat, without going through any process of application (sitting us down, asking our names, finding out what property we need or are looking for, what area, what we can afford) that nothing was available . This struck me as very odd as previously when dealing with the Bangor branch (as a single woman) I had no problems and was shown a few properties to choose from. We are working couple and have been renting for over 2 years together. I do look much younger than I am and my partner is not from Britain. It felt like they had decided as soon as we walked in we weren't not the 'correct clientele' they were looking for. Very disappointed as we now rent with another agency and will be with them for a long time. Had they taken the time to actually find out more about us they could have had a nice addition to their income.... Read more

Best Estate agent in the area. They were very efficient when helping me find a house. Nothing was too much trouble, even arranged a weekend viewing for me last minute. Won't hesitate to use them again.... Read more

Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
