What can I say. If I could have used Ffion as my mortgage advisor, solicitor and estate agent then I would have. She was absolutely exceptional in every aspect!
To start with the house viewing with her she was more than happy to answer any questions and actually had the answers unlike a few other estate agents I’ve used in the past.
After the viewing if I had more questions she would give me the answer or she’d get the answer from the vendor as quickly as she could.
As I’m a first time buyer the process of it all was a bit confusing to me, but Ffion was more than happy to help, she went above and beyond for me. I had lots of questions about the buying process and what happens next etc which she would talk me through. She would always help with trying to nudge the process along as sometimes I couldn’t get an answer from my solicitors she would also nudge them for a response which then helped moved the process along massively, without her I think I would have still been waiting for the sale to go through now!
On the day of completion she was more than happy to help when I had a long way to travel and probably wasn’t going to arrive at the house within working hours but she helped come up with a solution which took the stress of me arriving there late away.
Even now after completion, I have the odd question for either her or the vendor and still she’s so helpful and polite whereas I imagine some of the other estate agents I viewed properties with would have been done with me as soon as the sale went through.
Overall Ffion and Dafydd Hardy made my first time house purchase completely stress free. If you’re buying a house for the first time or at all, I have my fingers crossed for you that you have Ffion on your side.

Dafydd Hardy Caernarfon gave me excellent service beyond my expectations in the purchase of my home. Their web site was easy to navigate and they informed me promptly of any new additions to the market. Even though I was living in Canada when I bought my new house, my agent, Ffion, made the process incredibly stress and worry free. I could call or e-mail and know that in the morning or later in the day I would certainly get a reply from her. I was able to secure my new house in a matter of days and her knowledge of the housing market and the local area made the prospect of my upcoming move very easy and reassuring. Ffion arranged my solicitor, my home insurer, building contractor and even where to stay and eat in Caernarfon. I found the whole office staff to be very friendly and willing to offer additional advice and directions relay my many questions and queries. To say that I felt like part of their office staff due to their friendliness and willingness to help me goes a long way to tell of the warm welcome that I received. (Source : allAgents)

We have been dealing with Dafydd Hardy as buyers, Sue Morris has been exceptional in helping us with everything from start to finish! Communication has been 10/10, any query didn't matter how little it was, Sue answered in depth, or went out of her way to get answers to, as first time buyers we had very little knowledge in how the process worked or what terms and so on meant, and Sue was always on hand to guide us through. House buying is a stressful experience but without Sue and Dafydd Hardy helping us and going above and beyond in doing so, we honestly feel like our House purchase would have fallen through if we weren't doing it through them. Our experience as buyers would definitely make us use Dafydd Hardy if we were ever going to sell! Can not thank Sue enough for her help and making such a stressful thing that little bit less stressful!

"Brilliant !!" from first meeting Sofia to the last call from Officer manager Sue, I could not have had better service.
The first agent I called , came and valued my property £10,000. less than I thought it was worth.
Sophia from Dafydd Hardy, came looked over the house, and said that I was being a bit over optimistic but said we could put it on the market for offers around £100,000. If it did not sell I could always lower the asking price.
I was having on average between 3 to 5 viewers / a week and I finally accepted an offer of £97,000. All the sales staff were involved in showing prospective buyers around the property and achieved the desired result.

Almost impossible to get in touch by phone or email.
Even when we arranged a house viewing in store it was cancelled within an hour or so after comfirmation email had been received.
Multiple cancelled viewings or houses posted online that were no longer available.
Would not recommend or use again.
