5th Nov 2024 (30 days ago)From first meeting Michael from Fisher German at valuation stage and then Joshua at negotiation stage supported by Toby we were so impressed with their skills and communication which concluded with a successful and speedy outcome. No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.
13th Nov 2024 (22 days ago)Nigel was extremely professional in his approach, he took his time listening to us about the property, measured all the rooms, walked round the large garden noting all the interesting features, informed us of his intention of highlighting certain aspects of our cottage which we we had taken for granted. He discussed the general marketing of other properties in the area as regards to price and compared what we had to offer before coming to a figure which we found acceptable. Nigel was quick organising the photography and getting our property onto the market. He was continually updating and informing us of progress and within a very short space of time had found a buyer who offered us the asking price. Since then he has acted swiftly to move the sale along and we are looking forward hopefully to completing the sale. We are very impressed with Sterlings and would recommend it to anyone thinking of selling their property.
16th Dec 2023 (11 mo. ago)I feel a little harsh about the valuation score but they were off by £40k. The market is clearly difficult to judge at the moment. This however, is the only blemish in a very positive experience and to be fair, it's not really their fault.

22nd Aug 2024 (15 weeks ago)My family and I viewed a house in street we were interested in. I had an offer accepted. Which was great. Until two days later I was told I was gazumped! Not much of an explanation. The house had been on the market for months. Which I believe was a conflict of interest with one investor of the property. Anyway.. I was mainly a cash buyer, but also in the process of buying some land so acquired a mortgage offer to ensure that this purchase was straightforward. They tried to push for their own mortgage people, which I wasn't really interested in. Which I this think was the defining factor! Suddenly a house that noone was interested in... is in a bidding war. Shame on you Beresford Adams.

21st Aug 2024 (15 weeks ago)Advertising with incorrect details and 2/3 weeks later not updated. Viewing experience was great Freddie was professional and knowledgeable. The property we were interested in was a redevelopment of old law chambers in Chester City centre - the pricing didn’t seem to make sense based on advertised measurements - when an offer was made based on this we were advised that their advert was incorrect - the property remains advertised with the old measurements including a property already sold which is said by Jackson Stops to have been considerably smaller than advertised - whilst builder and agents indemnify themselves by suggesting the purchaser should confirm sizes - it feels disingenuous. We are still awaiting the revised sizes which at one point they had but have since said they await from architects.
23rd May 2024 (6 mo. ago)We have recently sold a property with Burnells Estate Agents, I would highly recommend John and the team, they were amazing!!, all of the staff were so knowledgeable and professional, their attention to detail was faultless, all the staff remained up to date on all aspects of the sale and worked seamlessly as a team, the house sale was definitely not the run of the mill, nor a simple sale, but the team handled every aspect professionally and expertly, I cannot fault the effort they put in to achieve the sale, which they did quickly, without any issues in a very uncertain market climate. I cannot thank them enough for everything they achieved. Definitely my first choice for unrivalled expertise !, Thank you so much for your hard work !,

We felt the valuation was realistic and in line with our thinking - and therefore achievable. We found the team dealing with the viewings friendly, helpful and proactive and available quite late in the day if needed. 22nd Aug 2024 (15 weeks ago)Whenever you need something Gianni is the go to guy. Several times I sent him email in the evening or on weekends I was surprished that I got some concrete answers. Recently there are quite a lot ofworks going on within our development we are lucky to have him around.

7th Oct 2022 (2 years ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????
3rd Nov 2023 (1 year ago)I have lived in my apartment for 3 years, my ancient boiler got condemned two weeks ago along with the cooker which was here when i moved in, it took the landlord nearly a week to respond to residential estates about the issues, then i was advised by residential lettings to report the landlord to the council disrepair department which i did and i may add i have a vulnerable child in my care as well, the council got in touch straight away and chased them up, 11 days later i get contacted by the gas engineer company to tell me the date of the new boiler, still nothing about a new cooker, i have spent a small fortune on food and electricity feeding us and keeping us warm, no contact from residential estates, they tried saying at one point that I couldn’t be contacted which is a lie, my roof is leaking i cannot sleep in my bedroom as the ceiling is wet and starting to mold, the wall is soaking wet! Not heard anything about the roof either, is this acceptable? Freezing cold, no cooker, cold wet bedroom? Lack of communication, no oil heaters which was said was going to be brought to the property? At this point I expect compensation and the issues to be dealt with swiftly!

Liam was extremely knowledgeable, clued in on the local area and how to market the property to its best effect. The property was uploaded Thurs evening and by Monday afternoon, e.g. 4 days later we had received 6 viewings and an offer over the starting price. This experience far outweighed our expectations and Liam is a real pro in an industry that can been seen as somewhat cut throat. Liam set realistic expectations and over delivered on those expectations. I would highly recommend The Agency UK as a result. Thank you ????

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.
