Great customer service, great support.
Thanks Ania, Oliver and the whole team.
It is the second time I collaborate with Daniel Watney to move house. The whole process is smooth, quick and straightforward, the team is very supportive and professional. I’ve been working with many rental agencies, but definitely no one has Daniel Watney standards.
Highly recommended!... Read more

I'm not sure where to start! I have been living in London for 15 years and have dealt with so many estate agents, but none as slippery as this company. I think it might be a culture, as each agent is as incompetent as the last. Please save yourself time and choose a different flat. It's a full-time job chasing these guys for a response.... Read more

We’ve been renting a flat with Daniel Watney for nearly two years now, and overall, the experience has been very pleasant. Recently, we encountered a significant issue - a water leak in our bathroom that started to affect the ceiling and got to the kitchen area. Thankfully, Gracie Shepherd from the property management team was an absolute lifesaver throughout this challenging situation.
Gracie acted swiftly and kept us informed every step of the way, coordinating everything from maintenance to thorough clean-up and even arranging an electrician on short notice. She went above and beyond, ensuring that every detail was handled with our comfort and safety in mind. It’s evident that Gracie adheres to a “customer-first” approach, and her professionalism shines through in how she takes ownership and gets the job done.
This level of care and dedication is what property management should be. Huge thanks to Gracie and the team at Daniel Watney for truly putting the tenant’s needs first and handling the situation so smoothly... Read more

Ellie was an exceptional rental house manager. She was always incredibly responsive and supportive, promptly addressing any queries or requests I had. Three years after we moved out of a rental property used to be managed by DW, we got a series of emails claiming we owe them money for fixing the heating, given the facts: 1. We have never fixed a heating, 2. Invoice date is three months after we move out, 3. We had a clean inventory check list when we move out, 4. It’s not a tenant’s responsibility to fix heating. Emailing them and calling them doesn’t help, we still get emails asking for money. Impressive!
- Edit: we were contacted by DW after this review, and it’s solved now.... Read more

My family and I have lived in an apartment managed by Daniel Watney for the past 9 months and our experience has been outstanding. The apartment itself is in excellent condition and has met all of our needs. Any time minor maintenance issues have come up, they have been handled promptly and professionally.
I want to give a special shout-out to our property manager Aisha. On the rare occasions when we've had small issues, Aisha has personally ensured that everything gets resolved quickly and with high quality. Her responsiveness and dedication to keeping tenants happy really stands out. She is a huge asset to Daniel Watney.
Overall, we've been very pleased with our experience renting from Daniel Watney over the past 9 months. Between the great apartment, proactive management, and stellar customer support from Aisha, they have made us feel right at home. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-managed place to live. Thank you Daniel Watney and Aisha for everything!... Read more

The ABSOLUTE WORST commercial agents I have experienced over 20 years. Save your time and sanity by steering clear of these guys. Trust me, even if the property they have advertised seems perfect for your needs, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!! There are plenty of other options available.
We were initially hesitant to arrange a viewing with them due to their terrible reviews, and unfortunately, those reviews were spot on. After viewing the space, every SINGLE attempt to communicate with them has been a nightmare. It can take up to a week to get a response to an email, and that's if they reply at all. You can’t reach them on the phone either; if someone does answer, they’ll either transfer you to the wrong person or promise a call back that never happens. On a couple of occasions, they didn’t even ask for a name or number but said we would receive a call back—ridiculous. After wasting so much time, we decided it was best to look elsewhere as we couldn’t imagine dealing with them long-term.
I also advise LANDLORDS to STEER CLEAR of these guys. They have zero urgency to get your property let, likely because they’re not the ones losing money with your property sitting empty. These agents are the reason good Central London agents get a bad name. A good office location and a high headcount don’t equal good service.
These are the ABSOLUTE WORST commercial agents I have experienced in over 20 years of doing business in Central London. You have been warned!!!!... Read more

Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
