MorgaRandall, The worst of the worst! Whatever you imagine about the service related to tenancy, this agent would be at the bottom, apart from finding you a new house after all. They are eager to find it on the initial several days but THAT'S IT!! You might get no replies for 10 times of emails by the time when you put your holding deposit in. You might be in trouble as the move-in date would be postponed like me and you may have to wash up your cloth with your hands as the washing machine would stay out of work. For me, It has passed 18days since I moved in. I am in a disaster with a stack of dirty cloth, wiggly dinning chairs and not working ventilation and lights in the kitchen. While I first visited this flat to view there was a TV, but the TV has gone on the move-in date. The consultant was Elizabeth and she said "it belonged to the previous tenant. What is wrong?" I had to bought a TV at my expense. They advertised it was furnished and they insisted a furnished flat doesn't mean it provide a TV. She even added "it is very rare to provide a TV when it is a furnished flat." Nonsense! Anyway at least the consultant should notify me if there was a big removal or big changes between the viewing and the move-in date but there was no excuse or information before I agreed the contract. Negligent to keep you updated and ignorance of your request and just a representative of a Landlord who doesn't listen to tenants' voice. Those are my impression on MorganRandall.

By far the worst customer service that I’ve ever come across. We have lived in the property for almost 2 weeks now and still have not received the correct keys. They gave us one of keys and told us we had to get more cut because we moved in late! What is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard! After complaining there eventually gave us another set but then the lobby key did not work! I was informed by the landlord that she had told them that they had to get the lobby key done by a specialist key cutter, they obviously didn’t listen to a word of that. We currently still do not have keys when I messaged them about it, I was told I had to return the keys because they were a lot of money! You can understand why it’s the worst customer service I have ever come across. They did not apologise for giving us the wrong set of keys they have not said that they are going to get more cut even though it is in the contract. The complete absurdity of this whole situation irritates the hell out of me! That I can’t even get into the property that I’m paying for. But there is more! When we moved into the property of the hot water wasn’t working! It is still not working we have to get a new boiler! They said they checked it a couple days before we move in but the way the company is managed I very much doubt they did. We also have problems with the furniture that is unusable! The table in the living room is completely wonky the chairs scrape against the wooden floor, so at the minute I’m eating my dinner on the sofa. Until my order comes through on Amazon because God knows they are not going to get any new ones. Our double bed in our room has got wheels so every time we get on it I feel like I’m dancing on ice! The shower head is completely screwed! The doors to balcony do not open! I could probably go on for days! Yeah so a long story short you are probably best off not using this company. Save yourself the stress and knew someone else I wish I did.

Aaron was absolutely wonderful, Unfortunately i was late on arrival due to being caught up in traffic but i was fortunate enough to be in the hands of someone who was really knowledgeable about the property as well as being an absolute Godsend he has availed himself in making communication swift and easy he is reachable on demand. He was very insightful and i couldn't be more pleased with this place as a result.

Never ever go with this agency. Only if I could give a 0. Or negative. They will make everything so complicated and never ending that you feel frustrated and humiliated. They lied to us multiple occasions and mislead us several times. The last thing that they tried is to charge us 150£ for turning the heating on. Although we told them there is nothing wrong with the heating, the knobs are missing from the radiators and we need help. They said it is not their responsibility to help us.... Worst agency I have ever been with. I still have no heating...

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked this hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around... My wife and I just celebrated our golden wedding anniversary with afternoon tea. Everything was perfect. The menu covered all tastes and was substantial . The waiting staff were attentive to our every needs and nothing was too much trouble. We even given a celebration gift to takeaway as a momentum of the occasion. Not to be missed.

For a place that stands for impeccable service, we receive appaling level of attentiveness from the staff at the afternoon tea/ dinner service. Its the holidays and they must have been busier than usual but overwhelmed is not something I expect given their reputation. Definitely not worth the spend and time.

I would give KFH and Tom Goddard my best recommendation and should we need any estate services in the future, this is the office, we will prefer.

Miss Anne Braimah is an excellent agent and person who helped us find a lovely apartment in London, us being more than 1,500 miles away from the UK. She devoted a lot of time in conducting Whatsapp video viewings, going to the apartment to make a high quality video and informing us about every step we need to take in order to reach a tenancy agreement. She tried really hard to convince the landlord to accept our offer and succeeded while she was keeping us updated all the time. The renting process ran exceptionally smoothly considering the difficulties existing when trying to rent from abroad. Anne is admittedly the best letting agent I have ever dealt with and she made such great effort to allocate our needs. I recommend Ludlow Thompson and especially Anne for renting an apartment in East London.
