The service when tested has delivered, if there has been problems within the property thereby giving any Landlord peace of mind that the relationship between landlord and Tenant will be protected.

These guys treated us like delinquents once they take the deposit from us. Their aim then is just see you leave at the end of the tenancy since they will charge new fees to the next tenant. They will not allow you to talk with the landlord (the name is not even in the contract). They will not take care of anything since they want you to leave as soon as possible. They will charge you for any service, reference letters etc, even the copy of the keys (and it will not be cheap). They will not answer to you emails and even if you go to their office in person you will be treated as a delinquent. Absolutely disgracefull.
Elizabeth Marshall was very helpful when I was looking a flat and she helped me find one that suits my needs perfectly. Thanks to her the whole process was very fast and straightforward and I had an offer accepted within 2 days of the first and only viewing.
I am a landlord and have used Morgan Randall to look after my property, I am sorry to say that they are absolutely useless, they have had many changes of staff in their property management section. They do not bother to respond to emails etc, once they have you tied into a contract they are just not bothered. In our case all they do is collect money and then pass it onto us and have no regard for customer service.
On another note I do feel that their salesmen work extremely hard and are very good to help let your property out especially Jamie however they are badly let down by an incompetent property management section. It is such a shame as I am sure that they lose a lot of repeat business due to this.

I worked with Max and Rachel to rent a flat. Both Max and Rachel were very nice throughout the process. A lot of paper work was involved, and one time they stayed even after their normal office hours to do the paper work and get us the move-in date we wanted.
Truly amazing service from these guys. A step above the rest and not just your standard agents. Ive been to many agents and i must say i will not need to go elsewhere. Would recommend them every time. A+ quality and beyond.
Really poor services. If you have a problem in the accommodation they will take weeks to fix it even after being persuaded daily.
They are NOT communicating between each other even though it is a family business. They have really ridiculous fees for the really poor services they offer. If you don't believe it try and search more reviews on google, most of the people are complaining.
Have been working with Dexters now for a good few years and they have a good set up and great team. They are very professional, especially Tania who is very organised and ensures all of her repairs are completed as quickly and efficiently as possible which is how we like to work as well!
We found a beautiful new home through James from the Dexters office in Shoreditch. Everything was handled timely and in a good manner. Thanks again!
Anne has been a fantastic help in letting a property in East London. She has answered all our questions, she has replied to all of our emails almost instantly and she is professional and friendly. Never ever go with this agency. Only if I could give a 0. Or negative.
They will make everything so complicated and never ending that you feel frustrated and humiliated. They lied to us multiple occasions and mislead us several times.
The last thing that they tried is to charge us 150£ for turning the heating on. Although we told them there is nothing wrong with the heating, the knobs are missing from the radiators and we need help. They said it is not their responsibility to help us.... Worst agency I have ever been with.
I still have no heating...
