I have had no experience with this company as a buyer or seller of property, however my husband and I did have a viewing of a property through Dart and Partners. We had a lady called Caroline Moore (Teignmouth Office)act as our viewing agent, she was excellent, in fact the best one we have come across, and we have had many viewings in the area. She had a sense of humour, she didn't fall into the usual estate agent speak of stating the obvious ad nauseum, ie, this room has dual aspect,/log burner/lovely views etc. She simply let us explore the property and answered questions as and when they arose. She also knew the answers to our questions which is a refreshing change. I hope we come across her agian when viewing.... Read more
