28th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)I rented a property through these agents on a Management service to the hideous landlord who gained access into the property without my written permission and authorisation being a paying tenant. Their office is full of women who are two-faced and talk about members of the public behind their back.
12th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Sample Mills gave me an excellent service with everyone who worked for them was very kind. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they gave me excellent advice and even suggested services I may need. They have superb local knowledge and a good price for the house I was selling. I could not praise them highly enough and would recommend anyone to use them if they want a professional caring service.

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)We used Savills Exeter to sell our residence in North Devon. The process was very smooth from start to finish, especially impressive given a challenged trading environment and interest rate uncertainty. We achieved our target price with a very harmonious closing process. I think both the Buyer and Seller should equally feel good about the transaction, facilitated in no small part due to Savills Exeter. Of particular note was Chris Clifford's professionalism and exceptional communication skills that went above and beyond - a great comfort to my wife and me. Recommended.
3rd Apr 2024 (22 days ago)We used Fraser and Wheeler in Dawlish to sell both our homes prior to moving in together and we have been extremely pleased with the service they have offered right from the first contact with Ben. My partners home sold less than 24 hours after going on the market and mine was sold a few days later. Communication has been superb and I have spoken with all of the staff in Dawlish over the past few weeks. My partners house has completed already in less than 3 months and I hope to be in a position to exchange contracts on mine in the next few days. So if you are contemplating selling your home and you want a fair and realistic valuation and a smooth journey through the complexities of the housing market can’t go wrong with Fraser and Wheeler. Big thanks to all the team in the Dawlish office

Really kept the sale on track in my mind. Always prompt feedback after every viewing. Fantastic experience from start to end. Would only use Chamberlains in the future. Well done guys !!!
14th Jun 2020 (3 years ago)Only open until around 1pm on a Saturday which I would say is a big downfall. After each viewing we would receive very similar feedback each time and didn’t manage to sell the property even after all the months we were with them. Sold with another company after only a few days.

8th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)You would think buying a house would be an exciting process, unfortunately this was not the case when we wanted to purchase a home that was up for sale with Connells Newton Abbot. After 5 months of purchasing (as advertised) no chain home, lack of due diligence meant that we were miss informed, information was not shared, additional costs were not communicated until week 20 and there was little hurry to complete the sale, the seller was using Connells recommended solicitor who seemed to be useless and could not contact the sellers meaning after five months, we decided we had wasted too much time and money to gain nothing. I wish I had read the reviews before investing, now looking to purchase a new home and dismiss any houses up for sale with Connells - avoid at all cost. As for the ethics of the business, the sale could not go through due to the management covenant wording, lack of communication from the seller, yet the house was back up for sale in a matter of days, at a reduced price… still more than our offer which was accepted, I hope no one falls for these games that Connells Newton Abbot play!- 24th Mar 2021 (3 years ago)I’ve used many estate agents over the last thirty years but none compare to William Hedge in Paignton, they were first class from start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with their team always professional and helpful, I’d highly recommend to anyone, the one thing your guaranteed is STANDARDS

A massive shout out to the manager Vicky and the agent Paul for being there for me. 6th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)We purchased our new property from Stags, moving as part of a small chain. Stags were most helpful in keeping things moving, with excellent communication. Jordan James our main contact and the other staff in the office were always most helpful, friendly and polite. Stags Torquay is a highly professional office and gives excellent service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

25th Dec 2023 (17 weeks ago)Pilkingtn Estates were the first firm to give us an estimate incorporating a range of prices which could influence how rapidly the property achieved a sale. Their descriprion of the prooperty was entirely positive with no sense olf overselling it to potential buyers.
