Nothing was too much trouble for them, they gave me excellent advice and even suggested services I may need. They have superb local knowledge and a good price for the house I was selling. I could not praise them highly enough and would recommend anyone to use them if they want a professional caring service.

31st May 2024 (8 weeks ago)We would highly recommend Strutt & Parker in Exeter, especially Isabel Clifton who did an amazing job. Initially when we found the property we wanted to purchase our house wasn't even on the market. Isabel arranged everything for us regarding our house sale and we managed to sell it within 5 weeks of it going on the market. We were always kept informed of any changes / potential issues and she was always easily contactable. You will certainly get a more personal service here which is exactly what we wanted. 31st May 2024 (8 weeks ago)We purchased our property through Fraser & Wheeler a couple of years ago, i can not fault F&W at all, it was our first time buying a property so it was all new to us and did not know what to expect, however F&W helped us every step of the way with nothing ever being an issue. Sharon showed us around the property and she made us with at ease with her very friendly approach, she never made us feel rushed etc and allowed us to have a good look around. Thank you to all at F&W - if we ever decide to sell , we would certainly use F&W again, without hesitation.

Really kept the sale on track in my mind. Always prompt feedback after every viewing. Fantastic experience from start to end. Would only use Chamberlains in the future. Well done guys !!!

15th Jul 2024 (12 days ago)It was a pleasure to work with the team at Fulfords Newton Abbot. The service was professional and honest. Viewing activity was well managed with potential buyers soon in place. Despite the initial buyers pulling out Fulfords were able to recover the sale with a second buyer, improve the offer and conclude the deal. At times communications were less frequent than I would have liked but given the complication of third party contacts it was understandable.

No idea on how to help us sell our home, on the market for 10 months. We ended up going to external company for advice, after that we sold our home within 2 weeks. Stay away from these cowboys

However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.

I never said there was one in my name specifically. Try searching for a property with constant leaks, no hot water and now a chimney that's about to fall off and kill someone. So, maybe sort your properties out, rather than trying to dismiss a genuine review on Google. *If you rent a home from them, make sure they don't manage it! Wow, beyond a joke. They NEVER sort anything that is important or answer questions. Wish we never used.*

23rd Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)We recently sold our house with Nexmove. It was a "personality house" as someone described it, very old and charming but not an easy sell. Rachael was absolutely brilliant, coaxing the sale process, the buyers as well as us throughout every stage with patience and never failing enthusiasm. We really don't think any other agent would have given us the time and energy she did to get us across the line. In the office Donna was always available to answer calls and between them they made what is inevitably always a stressful process as streamlined as it could be. We really recommended them!
