Theresa McPhilimey has gone out of her way to help push not only the purchase but also our sale of my property which is through another estate agent.

We have just bought our lovely new house through Dart and Partners and from our first viewing of the property, we were very impressed. Theresa was knowledgeable, patient with all of our (many!) questions, and clearly and transparently guided us through the process to come. She really was a huge asset to the house sale. In fact, throughout the whole process the entire Dawlish team: Theresa, Isabella and Stuart, were fantastic. They were aware that we needed the sale to go through quickly and helped push the solicitors on from their side, always communicating back to us when they had any updates. The team were so professional, approachable and helpful, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, or to use them ourselves should we be looking to sell in the future. We just sold our house through Dart and Partners and I could not recommend them more. Stuart initially valued our house and he was brilliant. Clearly a man of great integrity, really friendly, professional and straightforward to work with. He gave us a really good price and his suggestion for how best to sell the house worked a treat. Within 2 days of being on the market we had 5 viewings and 4 offers, all at or above asking price. He also gave us some really valuable market advice about properties we were looking at.
Izabela dealt with the sale and was dedicated, knowledgeable and a really clear communicator which really helped to navigate the various hurdles. Theresa was also really great - friendly, professional and keen to get the best outcome for us.
As a team I can genuinely say they went the extra mile for us and certainly worked harder than any other agent in our chain to make our sale happen. They were also a calm, helpful, confidence inducing presence throughout. Look no further, go with them!
