What an experience, Rob Viner and Stuart Copeland were stars. We recently purchased a property through Dart & Patners and Rob was our main contact. He was always professional and extremely keen to assist us however he could, nothing was to much trouble. We also had a few conversations with Stuart and he was just as helpful and again willing to assist where he could. Our transaction was long winded but definitely not the fault of Rob or Stuart, they persevered with us and saw it through.

Dart & Partners - Dawlish have sold two houses for my Mum in the last 18 months. All the way through the process Stuart was helpful, proactive & kept Mum informed.
The first sale (an empty doer upper) was quiet straight forward, partly down to the support & advice given by the Dart Dawlish team, and completed in good time.
They found a buyer for the second house very quickly, however the process took a lot longer due to things outside their control. The whole team were great, particularily Stuart & Rob who went above & beyond to help Mum including printing documents, witnessing signatures and guiding her through completion of forms.
Thank you to Stuart & the team for making the experience a positive one & ensuring the process went as smoothly as possible for Mum.
We would definitely recommend Dart & Partners to anyone looking for an estate agent in or around Dawlish.

We just sold our house through Dart and Partners and I could not recommend them more. Stuart initially valued our house and he was brilliant. Clearly a man of great integrity, really friendly, professional and straightforward to work with. He gave us a really good price and his suggestion for how best to sell the house worked a treat. Within 2 days of being on the market we had 5 viewings and 4 offers, all at or above asking price. He also gave us some really valuable market advice about properties we were looking at.
Izabela dealt with the sale and was dedicated, knowledgeable and a really clear communicator which really helped to navigate the various hurdles. Theresa was also really great - friendly, professional and keen to get the best outcome for us.

Chris Pearson valued the house and is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and area, as well as being extremely personable. We have found D&Ps to be really helpful and proactive for our very frustrating mid pandemic held up for far too long, house purchase. Izabela did all she could with regard to communications when things were dragging and politely assisted my efforts to understand the probate service during pandemic. She patiently dealt with my inclination to want to strangle people, and quite possibly prevented us both from having a full on tantrum/breakdown. Izabela has assisted us all the way through and done all that she was able to do for us in moving our sale forward, until today when we crossed the first of the finish lines and exchanged. Chris was also very helpful, funny and supportive when we felt like things would never move forward. Top notch service. Dart & Partners were not the only agent I talked to about selling but I chose them over the others because they just seemed more straightforward and transparent and I felt at ease with them. It was the right choice. They found me a buyer within two weeks of first listing and they got me the asking price. As soon as we found out that Chris Pearson was working for Dart and Partners we suspected that he would be the agent for our sale - his reputation proceeds him. His valuation was extremely well-informed and accurate. He handled the viewings and negotiation perfectly, was open with information, and was sensitive but was fun to deal with. What more could we want?
We have never seen such good photography anywhere else (and we have looked at a lot of property details in the last 12 months).
Caroline handled the post-sale work efficiently, speedily and effectively.
They earned their fee and we have no hesitation in recommending them to other potential sellers.
