I used Fraser & Wheeler to sell my house because they came highly recommended by others. They are professional to deal with and know the housing market incredibly well. They valued the house realistically from the start, unlike other agents who over-valued the property. They worked hard to garner interest in the property, thoroughly checked potential buyers’ positions and were diligent in making the eventual sale go through smoothly and in good time. All the time, the staff were professional, friendly and approachable. I could not praise Fraser & Wheeler highly enough and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to others. What can I say about Sharon and the team at Dawlish Fraser and Wheeler! There are no words to how much they helped us with the sale of our house. If it wasn’t for Sharon’s support and guidance we would have lost our marbles (I almost did). She was truly amazing and helped us so much with the conveyancing where our appalling solicitors failed. She kept us going and if it wasn’t for her and the team we would if lost our sale. So my advice to anyone thinking of selling their house in the Dawlish area to only consider Fraser and Wheeler. The dust is just settling after the worst 6 months of our lives and finally completing last week and the team working so hard to get our sale through, which I don’t think would have been possible without these wonderful people. Thank you Sharon and team from the bottoms of our hearts.

We have recently sold our property with Fraser & Wheeler, the valuation given for our property was accurate and we received an offer just below the asking price which we accepted as cash buyers.
Following the offer we were given regular updates on progress of the sale and the team chased solicitors to ensure a smooth process through to exchange and completion.
Excellent service and pleased with how the whole process was dealt with on our behalf.
