Six years ago we moved for the first time in over 35 years. Ben and the team (metaphorically) held our hands through it all, selling and buying, and were '5 star' expert, professional and empathetic. So much so that now, just 6 years later, when we decided to future-proof with a move to a bungalow, we had no hesitation in contracting them again. And, again, they've excelled themselves. They found and secured our new home for us, and sold our current house in under 7 days. All with courtesy, efficiency and understanding. What can I say about Sharon and the team at Dawlish Fraser and Wheeler! There are no words to how much they helped us with the sale of our house. If it wasn’t for Sharon’s support and guidance we would have lost our marbles (I almost did). She was truly amazing and helped us so much with the conveyancing where our appalling solicitors failed. We cannot recommend Fraser and Wheeler – and in particular Ben Fraser – highly enough. We have just sold our three bedroom thatched cottage in Starcross with them and are very happy with the service and support we received throughout the process, from initial contact and valuation to completion.
Ben and the team are professional, friendly and ‘on the ball’. They advised us on the best strategy and asking price and were very proactive in promoting our property. We were very happy with the promotional materials and the number of viewings. All this took place during the pandemic, which added a layer of complexity and anxiety. Fraser and Wheeler adapted to the situation quickly and competently, ensuring that Covid-safe measures were adhered to and that all parties were kept safe.
Ben was also brilliant at keeping us up to date every step of the way and was proactive in chasing other parties when required. He is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, and helped us navigate the process, offering sound expertise throughout. He is very accessible, affable and calm, always returning our calls very promptly. He has a network of useful contacts up his sleeve and put us in touch with an excellent plumber who turned up the following day when our boiler broke down over Christmas.
Fraser and Wheeler have an excellent understanding of their local market. They provide good value and we would definitely use them again.

The best estate agents in the area when Ben listed our house he was friendly and very helpful with the process he took the photo’s and listed it straight away.
We have now sold the house and during the whole process Ben was always helpful with any questions the viewers had it was a hard time with the COVID as Ben made sure all viewers were wearing gloves and he went around wiping the door handles after each viewing.
I can’t recommend them enough for 5 star customer service they go above and beyond to ensure the the sale is stress free

I would certainly recommend Fraser and Wheeler if you are looking for an estate agent who will truly work with you to achieve the best possible outcome from selling your home. They were excellent in the very protracted sale of my late mothers bungalow in Dawlish, and despite the chain falling through twice during the process they kept working hard for me.
I was well briefed and when they need to be honest about the prospects of achieve a particular price they were. I truly felt they acted for by best interests and I trusted them as the professionals they are.

As we wanted to sell our holiday home in Dawlish Warren and not living there we did not know any of the Estate Agents. We visited Fraser and Wheeler office and felt very welcome there. When Lucy came to take details of our holiday let she was very pleasant and explained every thing to us. We have had very bad experiences with estate agents before when selling our home but not with Fraser and Wheeler. Lucy kept us updated with everything and showing clients around. Even when she sold the property she dealt with everything for us.
I would recommend Fraser and Wheeler to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property. We are now looking for another holiday let and Lucy is keeping an eye out for us. They are so helpful.
