The service from Dart & Partners was second to none. Stuart in particular, kept me up to date with all aspects of the process of selling. He made sure that I knew where we were at and what needed doing. He was particularly good at ensuring that the whole process took as short a time as possible, no mean feat!<br><br>Excellent communication, good support and reasonable fees!

Theresa has been absolutely wonderful, and the entire team at the Teignmouth office have been nothing short of legends.<br><br>Over the past two years, I’ve dealt with many letting agencies and, unfortunately, had more bad experiences than good. Dart & Partners have been a refreshing exception. They have been kind, responsive, professional, and, above all, genuinely human. From the very beginning, I felt like I was being treated as a person rather than just another bank account.<br><br>They went above and beyond to help me find a home, and despite the incredibly competitive rental market, they found the perfect house that ticked every single box on my wish list. What impressed me most was that they actually listened to what I wanted. Not a single other agent I dealt with did that.<br><br>I can’t recommend Theresa and the whole team at Dart & Partners highly enough. Thank you for making what is normally a stressful experience such a positive one

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team worked tirelessly throughout the entire process, constantly chasing solicitors, the sellers, and everyone involved to keep things moving. They went above and beyond what we expected, keeping us updated and doing everything they could to ensure the purchase progressed as smoothly as possible.<br><br>Their professionalism, persistence and communication were outstanding.
