We recently sold our house through Dart and Partners, and Paul Hodgson looked after us throughout. He was patient, supportive and endlessly knowledgeable, always on hand to answer our questions and guide us through every stage. His calm and proactive approach made a real difference and we always felt we were in good hands. The wider team at Dart and Partners were excellent too, professional and responsive whenever we dealt with them. We couldn't have asked for better. Highly recommended, with particular thanks to Paul.

I am really grateful to Paul Hodgson and the team at Dart & Partners for all the help and support he provided for us during the sale of our family home in Teignmouth. Paul was always helpful, realistic and supportive and explained the process in a way that was simple to understand and practical. He was always on hand with prompt, clear and helpful responses and advice which made the process much more straightforward and manageable than it might otherwise have been.
