Rob, Stuart and Caroline of the Dawlish office have given us fantastic service throughout the sale of our home. We were part of a complex chain and Rob in particular worked hard to progress the sale to Exchange of Contracts through many challenges.

After my parents' death we needed to sell their house as a probate sale. The house needed some work and the fact that both executors lived in London made things more difficult. Ben gave a fair idea of price and secured multiple viewings over several months in a difficult market. He was always honest in his feedback, keen to update us and absolutely determined to help us sell. We completed in October 2024. I cannot recommend him too highly.
