A new primary school on the top of the valley with views across Grantham to the other side of the 'bowl' with Belmount Tower visible. Only interested in you if you're buying and really poor after care. Only interested in you until you fill in your NHBC review, then you will struggle to get them to do anything. Quality of homes very questionable with a whole list of issues, constantly blaming other staff that have left (I wonder why) and often down right lying to you.... Read more

Cannot recommend these guys enough. Really friendly professional service. Gavin helped to get me a broker when it looked like all else had failed! Showed patience and always willing to answer my questions and put me at ease. There is also a lady called Alison who I believe to be one of the managers, she really did help us out answering calls when the show room was closed, helped out with extras and gave sound advice. The process is being made actually enjoyable and cant wait to get in our dream David Wilsom home soon. Thanks Guys!... Read more

The sales team are beyond amazing here, I could not recommend these guys enough. I came as a first time buyer on my own, not knowing anything about the process. Chantelle was an absolute legend and went above and beyond. She was so patient and helpful and talked me through everything, she could see how nervous and unsure I was and answered all 101 questions I had. She made me feel at ease and didn't make me feel like another sale. Although I have now exchanged, they still have a smile on their face every time I visit asking for an update on the house, nothing is too much trouble for them. These guys are an asset to DWH and I'm so glad I purchased my first home through them. Oh and Chantelle's coffee making skills aren't too bad either ????... Read more

Went today as a young buyer, very disappointed with sales staff approach, spoke to myself and partner as if we were in a school in front of the headmistress talking in a load voice, aired our business across sales room when other potential buyers were having a meeting, didn't offer us to make an appointment or to value or property, they were very disentrested in anything we had to say wouldn't recommend for any first time buyer or buyers who need good advice as they seem only interested if you have money already there or a family...
