Update: There have been recent staff changes but thankfully I still get great service, now from Ami. It's really important because 'the house ' needs to be 'home' for tenants ????

Disgusting and very unprofessional. Ladies at Lettings section are non polite. Always misguide prospective tenants and not transparent. Don’t go with them.

Our experience at Connells Grantham was very positive. We had a short lead time to complete the purchase of a house. We needed urgent answers based on our unique circumstances.
Christopher Roberts attended to us on the day despite not having an appointment. He took his time to understand our needs and helped us weigh possible options. That same day we were able to secure an AIP. As they say, the rest is history.
We could not have pulled this off without the timely intervention of Chris and his Team. They are exceptional at what they do and come highly recommended.

Always very helpful, good at explaining things through and has always found out the answers to my questions and returned my calls etc in a completely professional manner. Liam has willingly assisted with any issues we have encountered and quickly found us new tenants. Thank you
