A very unprofessional, untrustworthy service provided. I had hired Connells to sell my property but they couldnt. To start with , I had to chase them to advertise my property after a month of signing contract with them. When they did advertise it, the property has incorrect description and the video promised never was uploaded. The whole team Of Connells was replaced in early 2024 due to reasons I am unaware of but this led to zero communication between the agents and myself. When the new team came in only kept asking to drop the house price and arranged viewings when they can't attend. Gladly, I have moved away from them but would not recommend their service to anyone. A total waste of time and energy.... Read more

Chris Roberts was instrumental in getting the process complete, if i didn't have chris fighting my corner i would have never been took seriously Gilson Gray (vendor's solicitor's) and YOPA are god awful, no communication, no professionalism it felt they were laughing at me, whereas when Chris got involved, things finally moved on Can't thank Chris enough, and will never have a good word to say about YOPA or Gilson Gray... Renting a property through Connells has been a torturous experience from day one. When we viewed the property, it was remarkably unclean and there was an obvious leak from the loft that was pointed out and we were assured the property would be cleaned thoroughly and the leak looked at before moving in. We paid a holding deposit and were ignored for a week following this despite trying to contact Dale several times a day regarding referencing. When referencing was finally complete (which was a whole battle in itself), we didn't receive the keys on the day of the tenancy beginning because the branch didn't have them, an inventory was not carried out, and the property was in the same disgusting state with food left in the cupboards, the landlords rubbish in the garage, cigarette burns on the carpets, and the aforementioned leak still causing issues. On top of this, the boiler failed a month after moving in, and due to a "lack of funds"to replace this, we were left with no bathing facilities for 6 weeks - which Connells deem perfectly acceptable and not worthy of even a penny of compensation. Despite many repeated attempts to be sent these, we have not seen a copy of the gas safety certificate for the property or a supposed inventory that was carried out on the property. Most concerning, the property has no carbon monoxide detector and despite my requests to have this rectified, I have been ignored despite their legal obligation. Don't bother making a complaint either, Connells don't investigate or follow their own complaints procedure either. A shambles of a letting agency and I wouldn't recommend anyone I like touch them if they were the last agents on Earth.... Read more
