From start to finish five star service
We used Pygott and crone to buy our first house. Mark the mortgage advisor was brilliant and very helpful and he made the whole process as easy as possible . Demi, Alisha and Thomas were amazing with keeping us updated with the progress and chasing the solicitors for information. Overall I don’t think they could have provided a better service

Thank you so much to Demi at Pygott and Crone for being so unbelievably helpful! We couldn’t have had any more help for our first home and she helped make the process so much smoother and took so much stress off of our shoulders! Demi went out of her way and had contact with all the relevant people which made chasing things 10 times faster. Not only did she help with the whole process but she made sure we were the first and only viewing on our new home as she knew exactly what we were looking for, this just makes the feeling of using Pygott and Crone a lot more personal. Everyone else in the Grantham branch were always so friendly and helpful too. Will definitely be using Demi again in the future when our next move happens! Couldn’t recommend more :)

I moved last summer. The guys could not have been nicer or more helpful. We had a lot of hassle with the seller of house we were buying pulling out but nothing was too much trouble to get us back on track again.Beth especially as our first point of call was fabulous.

Rubbish, just after a sales commission with as little effort put in as possible.
Better off going somewhere that keeps in touch with you, keeps you informed and shows they actually care about your house sale instead of how much can we make without doing anything.
Go elsewhere.

I recently sold my property through their Grantham branch and was so impressed with every aspect of service offered. A particular thank you to Luke, Adam and Josh. Each one of them was extremely professional and made the selling process very easy. in future I wouldn't consider using any other estate agent

Very friendly and helpful answering questions as needed. Very efficient in making sure we were aware of what they knew from sellers solicitor. Just wouldn’t waste giving people the welcome package as we don’t drink beer!

Extremely helpful staff in the Grantham branch. Beth went above and beyond to make sure our sale & purchase went through although there was others in the chain delaying this she and her team at pygott Grantham were amazing and made it all happen in time for us, helping everyone in the chain as much as they could. Tom and Adam were so helpful from day one of our search for our family home, always calling with a house to view and also the reason we sold our house with pygott because they helped us with anything we needed and before any money was involved- genuine people. The solicitors they recommend Howells have also been great and they all worked well as a team to make things happen as quick as possible.
I couldn’t thanks the guys at the Grantham office enough for always taking the time out of their day to help.

What a great team.
When I first walked through the door I was given so much confidence that my house will be sold more or less straight away.
It was sold before the property was put on the market.
Great communication through the whole process. Faultless.
There recommendations for a solicitor was also great value for money (JMP Solicitors in Grantham).
The staff are friendly, polite and very considerate of my requests and future requirements.
Have already recommended pygott and crone to friends within Grantham.
Wish the team all the best and I most certainly will be using your services again within the future.

We purchased a property through P&C Grantham. From the onset we felt that we were given as much attention as their vendor’s clearly were. Calls were always answered in a timely and informative manner and nothing was too much trouble, including the numerous viewings we requested. Despite some difficulties towards the end of our purchase, Beth and the team went out on lim in an attempt to get them rectified! We never felt as we were ‘just the purchasers’ and our satisfaction was a genuine and important part of the, sale and purchase, to everyone at the P&C office in Grantham.If we were to re-sell we would deff appoint them to sell our property! Thank you all!
