Initial experience with Sales was extremely good from the detailed tour of the house through to us presenting an offer for the property. Everything during the process was fine apart from we felt slightly pressurized receiving calls to try and hasten our Solicitor if possible for the completion of purchase only to find that there was actually an issue on the Vendors side which was delaying process and of which we were not aware. Apart from this, the service and staff were excellent.

Excellent experience overall. They were prompt in coming, viewing and valuing the property. Photograpghs were brilliant. Sale took a while to happen, but happened in the end. The sales team, Tom and Demi, were brilliant and held our hands through the process. Legal team was excellent, especially Latoya. She made the process smooth. Mortgage advisor Ahmed was absokutely brilliant in giving us a good mortgage deal. Thank you guys for all the help. Much appreciated ????.

We used Pygott and crone to buy our first house. Mark the mortgage advisor was brilliant and very helpful and he made the whole process as easy as possible . Demi, Alisha and Thomas were amazing with keeping us updated with the progress and chasing the solicitors for information. Overall I don’t think they could have provided a better service

Thank you so much to Demi at Pygott and Crone for being so unbelievably helpful! We couldn’t have had any more help for our first home and she helped make the process so much smoother and took so much stress off of our shoulders! Demi went out of her way and had contact with all the relevant people which made chasing things 10 times faster. Not only did she help with the whole process but she made sure we were the first and only viewing on our new home as she knew exactly what we were looking for, this just makes the feeling of using Pygott and Crone a lot more personal. Everyone else in the Grantham branch were always so friendly and helpful too. Will definitely be using Demi again in the future when our next move happens! Couldn’t recommend more :)
