Pleasant, professional and very efficient, I was kept informed throughout and they were able to guide and advise based on years of experience. 19th Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)Wouldn't recommend this company jobs reported when vulnerable take over a week to sort out can never get hold of who you need to calls never get returned antisocial behaviour doesn't get sorted I've moved from bad to worse a day late on rent they soon contact you though.... looks like I'm house hunting again. I've reported numerous times the same people to no avail it's got to the point I've said forget it also if you unfortunately do get housed with this company please check bins before deposit rent and tenancy is signed mine was all full infested and took them over 4 months to empty the council refused rightly so as its the company and landlords fault also check your out house mines still full it's terrible. Especially when the rents so expensive aswell

I’m very happy with them and in particular with a lady called Hannah who is my Property Coordinator. She is always very polite, friendly and helpful and a go between for myself and the tenants. She deals with all enquiries promptly and keeps me updated on a regular basis when needed. Couldn’t be happier with her.

After recently dealing with another local agency where the service was unfortunately quite poor, the experience here was a complete contrast. Sophie Toynton was nothing but professional, helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. She guided us step by step and made everything straightforward and stress-free. Sophie and the rest of the team truly provide a five-star service. I would highly recommend Leaders Spalding to anyone.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Her communication was excellent, she responded promptly every time, and no question ever felt like too much trouble. The level of service we received was truly outstanding and we would confidently rate her and Newton Fallowell 5 stars. Highly recommended.

Despite not purchasing through them, they were still always there every step of the way to support us, answer any questions and give advice. Vicki in particular went above and beyond and genuinely made the process so much easier for us. Without her doing all the leg work we’d certainly have found the who process really difficult. Would absolutely recommend this estate agents and would personally thank Vicki for all her hard work and support

Super quick marketing of our property meant we were in receipt of an offer within a couple of weeks. Alfie, Michelle and Sharon were all excellent When they said they would ring back they did so every time, regularly updating us and keeping us informed of events at all times. Highly recommended they are all a credit to the Frank Innes Bingham branch.
