I ordered tiles from their Manchester store. Right from choosing the tiles to receiving the tiles everything was a smooth process. Tiles are of excellent quality as well. After service is superb. I fell sort of some tile and they were happy to help without hesitation. In specific the staff at Manchester (Sam) and Warrington were really helpful throughout the process. Try to find a specific wall tile for replacing a broken one in store. The sale consultant Iliana was so helpful and kind. She found me the one I need as soon as I showed her picture on my phone. She even gave me a sample for replacing. Lovely lady, good customer service. Definite recommend.... Read more

Some time ago I purchased a shower screen from Porcelansa. Unfortunately one of the hinges failed. The screen is a high quality item which was made to order using the non-standard dimensions of my shower cubicle. Replacing the screen and hinges for new was going to be expensive and so not the ideal solution and so I contacted the guys at Porcelanosa to enquire about purchasing a new hinge. The hinges are no longer available and the guarantee period had passed by some years However I was contacted by Sam Hockenhull and was pleasantly surprised to learn that the screen would be replaced along with hinges, free of charge. Wow, whats the catch? Absolutely no catch at all. Plus Porcelanosa would send a team to my property to install the new screen. Other team members began contacting me, Andy Beesley gave me updates on the new screen and made sure I was happy with everything. I had mails from Kevin Spring the showroom manager. The guys could not have done more to help me. An installation date was agreed at a time that was convenient for me. The installation team were of the same high quality. They arrived ahead of time (got a call first to make sure I was OK with that) Before they entered the house shoes were covered. Each time they went to their vehicle the shoe covers were removed and then replaced before re-entering. The lads completed the job fuss free, no mess no damage and were very friendly and never objected to my questions. I really cannot speak highly enough of Porcelanosa Superb service Big thanks to Sam, Andy and Kevin and to Adam and his colleague (missed his name) and the girls at the installers Sanfix Thank you...
