I have been staying at a property managed by Waterhouse Estate Agents for about a year and a half now. Unfortunately we’d have to move out due to work location constraints. Terry has been one of the most cooperating agent I’ve come across in UK. No matter what fixes, big or small, he made sure to get it fixed in less than 24 hours. I rented a property from Water house for 2 and a half years, the property manager Terry responds almost instantly to any queries and any issues that need to be fixed.
We didnt have a single issue throught the whole tenacy and Terry made a point of checking in and ensured we are managing with finances during the height of covid.
All in all it was a pleasure to live in a Waterhouse managed property and if we could have stayed with them for a new apartment we would have.

I was renting a property managed by Waterhouse for two and a half years. I really cannot speak highly enough about how great my time was. Any time there was an issue, it was resolved straight away and they were always a phone call away. I've had bad experiences in the past where I couldn't get hold of the landlord for weeks, so to have this level of care in was amazing.
The property was in great condition when I moved in and during checkout the same standards were held and the whole procedure of checking out was handled professionally and swiftly.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough to anyone looking to use them. From speaking to the previous tenant I took over from, she had the exact same experience.

Couldn’t be happier with the service from Terry who works as the me of your agents, he’s helped me find a flat suitable for me and when an unfortunate circumstance changed where my housemate moved out he reassured me I wouldn’t be left homeless or struggling to pay rent for 2 people! Would highly recommend if anyone is looking to move in the Manchester area, I’ve had about 3 different agencies over the past 4yrs and this one has been the best so far, always really helpful as well with any work that needs doing for the apartment. I was recently a tenant of this agent and as someone who lived in Manchester for 4 years can easily say its the best agency that i encountered. They reply back to you within the next day regarding any issue and sometimes outside of working hours. The agent that i worked with was Terry and let me say that he was one of the best agents that i had the privilege to work with. Sometimes when the matter is Urgent i used to text him outside of his working hours and he will still reply back within minutes. He works hard and he actually cares about the tenant unlike other agents from other agencies that I dealt with and would wait weeks for a response. So i highly recommend it.

We cannot praise this estate agency highly enough. Selling and buying can be so stress ful: this is an agency that keeps the client informed and does the arduous, behind-the-scenes leg work to progress the process.
We thought that Lloyds, based in Lilliput, would be an agent only for the very expensive homes but they welcome the opportunity to serve all sellers.

When I moved to Manchester, I wanted a reasonably priced apartment around the city centre, and got in touch with Waterhouse Estate Agents.
One of their agents Tom, managed to arrange a few viewings for me at my convenience given work wasn’t too flexible and I must say, he was absolutely great. The places he showed, exceeded expectations, whenever I’d have an issue at the apartment, plumbing, ect he would make sure the handy is on site as soon as possible (costs fully on the company by the way) and above being professional he also a great guy. He would occasionally check in with the random text to make sure, all is well.
All in All, 1 year later and I am still a very happy client.
So Waterhouse Estate and Tom, thank you for the remarkable service you continue to provide... ????

Waterhouse Estate Agents has been very helpful and understanding throughout my tenancy. While looking for an accommodation in a very busy time of the year, they were quicker at responding and preparing documents than other agencies. During the tenancy, they were good mediators with the landlords and always efficient. The Agency was also understanding during the Covid-19 emergency. They helped me ending my tenancy earlier than initially stated in the contract withouth any loss. Overall, my experience with Waterhouse Estate Agents was very good.
