Awful, unprofessional and incompetent. Jennie did not arrive for my viewing despite me having received a confirmation email. I didn't even receive the common courtesy of a phone call to tell me she couldn't make it. After ringing the office to let them know I received a phone call from her to apologise and let me know that she would send me a video tour of the apartment. When I asked when I could expect to receive this video I was told she wasn't sure and she would have to check her diary. This after completely wasting my time and efforts. Quite disgusting to be honest. No sense of urgency or respect. Needless to say I am yet to receive the video. I guess her diary was rather full. Either that or they are a pathetic, tin pan operation that are not fit to sell you a cardboard box, much less a house. They actually obstruct the sale of properties not encourage them. Avoid them wherever possible. I'm sure they will reply to this review and question my legitimacy and claims like they have done with other negative reviews (another great way to treat customers)

Very unprofessional and joke to deal with
These guys were trying to get me to clean a flat I am renting so the landlord can sell. Absolutely not my responsibility to clean it and not my problem
When I refused I then get a pissed off estate agent down the phone. I’m not cleaning a flat I’m renting so you can sell it. Typical cheeky estates trying to pressure you into doing something you don’t need to do so they can save money
Just to clarify, I never agreed to tidy the apartment in the first place (see emails) I just said you could come. And when you rang you asked me to remove this bad review to which I said no.
Let this be a lesson to you guys that if you try and pressure people into doing things that they don't need to do, so you can save costs, you will receive negative reviews.

I’m a tenant with Stevenson whyte, I was a little apprehensive at first as have bad experiences with previous property managers and block management companies since I split from my partner and found everything overwhelming. I was immediately put at ease when I met my property manager Andrew Dennison-McCarey, he was emphatic and thoughtful all whilst being incredibly professional. Thank you Andrew for making this an easy ride for me. Great company and staff

I live in a property managed by Stevenson Whyte There had been a number of jobs outstanding for various reasons .
When Roberta Bombadier became the property manager she took action immediately and kept us informed.
As a result The Trees have been felled. We have a new carpet in the Small block which I live in . The Garden area has been cleared of unwanted items.
The side of the Apartment Block looks much tidier .
Roberta actions tasks immediately and efficiently manages tasks ,this has made a great difference to the communal areas

I rented out and then subsequently sold my property through Stevenson Whyte and they were fantastic to deal with. Jennie and Will in particular made everything a seamless, hassle free process and were extremely responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Would definitely recommend

Stevenson Whyte have been brilliant. They have managed my apartment for nearly 15 years and I've never had any issues with them. Communication has always been great. They also managed the sale of my apartment and Jennie in particular was brilliant throughout the whole process.

Never rented with them before,but since we moved they been absolutely amazing! Had recently a periodic inspection and Yaz asked us if we have any issues and she’s been so lovely on making sure all our issues are addressed .
They came to do an inspection only after 6 months living at the property. With our previous agency we only had one inspection in 6 years ????.
First class on taking care of the property and tenants!????????????

Probably the best estate agent I’ve had in the recent years. I’ve had a few issues with the property I’m renting and their response has always been very prompt. Rae and Yaz have been very helpful and professional.
