Do not trust micheal Melton, he will say what ever lies he can to get you to buy. . . Which i later found out was untrue.. Ive delt with lovely estate agents before, but this one is awful. If you do deal with them just be warned.

Absolutely diabolical service, I have tried for the past three days to call and email the company and not once have I got passed the answer phone or even spoken to a member of staff. I have left two messages and emailed and I had no contact from this company

I have not had an enjoyable experience with Delamere Sales & Lettings. I had an appointment to view a flat that I had to remind them about after waiting outside the property for ten minutes. They told me they had forgotten and then took a further twenty minutes to actually get there when their office is a four minute walk from the flat.
When I called a few days later and expressed interest in applying to rent the flat, I was surprised they had raised their fees by as much as 200%. I understand businesses need to make money, but to raise them so much only months before the ban and without any notice seems a little unethical.
My last email to them has gone unanswered after a week, so I have given up. If you are a tenant looking to rent a property or a landlord looking to let out your property, I would suggest you go elsewhere as they are extremely unhelpful to prospective tenants.

Excellent service and prompt responses from Michael and the team at Delemere. They advised me as to what we could do to maximise interest and value of our property and I’m please to say that within a few weeks we have received our asking price offer! All the staff are so lovely. Really professional. However Micheal is such a gentleman and really knows his stuff. He was great with the buying and selling of our properties and was always on hand with any quieries we had.
It’s been a long time since we could really trust an estate agent having had some awful experiences over the years but would trust these with all aspects of our selling / buying and lettings.
You can’t afford to go anywhere else.

Michael oversaw the sale of my property from start to finish, and despite problems posed by potential buyers, he was excellent throughout. The whole process took rather longer than hoped, but this was through no fault of his. At every step he kept me posted on what was happening, and despite my concerns on several occasions; he was quick to address them or help to overcome them. He was readily on-hand and couldn’t do enough to help, which during this process, was hugely appreciated.
Thank you Michael, you’re a star!

Michael has just sold our house for us ,and I couldn’t praise him more ,he kept in regular contact with us and our solicitors ,he goes far beyond the call of duty ,even when his office is closed he continues to help .When ever we called him he returned our calls within minutes.
Michaels photos are excellent but he will retake them until he is satisfied that they do the property it’s full justice.
He sold our house within 7 days due to his excellent salesmanship ,but Michael is never pushiy, he realises it is a very stressful process for people and does everything in his power to iliminate as much as he possibly can .,to say Michael is just an “estate agent”. Would be a huge understatement. And frankly an injustice, the man just couldn’t do more, if your new house needs fixing up then Michael will no a man who can do it as he has very obviously built up a lot of trust between himself and many people in the local building trade .
We have used Michael twice for buying and selling.,and we will definitely use him next time .
