Richard James were the second agent we instructed. The first were absolutely dreadful so we were worried. We need not have been. They are simply the best - no question. They explained precisely why they priced our house as they did, what were the pros and cons of the house, what might cause us problems etc etc. And the photographs were wonderful. They keep you informed, they work hard, they are professional, friendly and we could not recommend them highly enough. Absolutely wonderful and we are so very glad we chose them.

After viewing some houses to potentially purchase with the Rushden branch of Richard James Estate Agents we were very impressed with them, so when we were struggling to get our sale over the line with another agent we turned to Richard and his team. They did not disappoint, from beginning to end the whole team were very professional and supportive, which helped to reduce the stresses of selling. They were always accessible both for us and potential buyers unlike other local agents!!! Open until late and working 7 days a week, the level of commitment the Rushden team gave was outstanding. We are very thankful to them and we highly recommend them.

The agency was prompt in viewing the property and suggesting a realistic price and marketing strategy. (I invited 3 different agencies to give me an estimate). The people in the office were polite and helpful and kept me well-informed about viewings and offers. The property was sold subject to contract after a fortnight (achieving a higher price than expected) and proceeded to completion with no hitches. I was very pleased.
