After coming across a negative review of inspired from a potential buyer of mine, I am very upset with the lies and harm this review has caused.
The buyer described her experience as extremely negative, stating that inspired has lied to her when in fact they have been very clear and on top of what was happening, interests, the progress, policies, and most importantly the COST of everything.
After wasting a year with this buyer through a different agency and now another year with the SAME buyer through inspired…clearly the issue is not with the agency…
As a seller I am very happy with the quality of care, compassion and professionalism in this agency. Really recommend inspired, they have been doing an amazing job! Shame that when someone can’t make their mind up whether to buy or not is now expressing themselves negatively on the agency. Keep up the good work inspired!

After managing my rental property for a few years myself I decided due to a tricky situation in the tenancy, to instruct Inspired Lettings in Rushden take it over.
I have to say it has been the best decision I have made this year. Having been stagnant on the market for over 3 months with another agent inspired rung and said they had clients that could be interested in our house. They came round and sorted a virtual tour and photos within two day and within 7 days of going live on their site we are now SSTC! Prompt and professional service and informed at every step. Awful experience renting we had to keep chasing them up as they wouldn't contact us. There was a mould problem that we were aware of however they'd said that they'd have it sorted by the time we'd moved in, instead they painted over the staining and left it at that. Also terrible communication, when we said we'd be moving out they would book people in last minute (within 2 hours of the appointments they wanted to make) to view the property which just wasn't on.

Highly Recommended! The whole Team at Inspired have been amazing from us listing our house with them to also purchasing a property they were marketing. We had a long chain so the process has taken a while but Sally was there with updates and chasing everything up for us every day. We have moved before, but never has an Estate Agent taken on what Sally did for us.
Once we complete later this week, I can even say I'll miss a chat with Sally every day, always a friendly ear and always available.
Other Estate Agents should learn something from this lovely bunch...Thanks Michael, Marlon & Sally..You made the process allot more bearable!

Truly Awful..I would never use again. Bought a property from Inspired Rushden & a Director convinced us to let the property through them for which we paid a fee for of course, I only wish I had said no.
A Director recommended a personal friend as a tenant which we accepted, sounds good so far ...it's all downhill from here !, the rent comes in dribs & drabs never on time, constant phone calls from the neighbors about the shenanigans going on with the tenant - we are having to evict !!!. Inspired response essentially " your problem, you didn't use our management services " hahahaa thank goodness !!
If ever the label " Talk is cheap " applies , it most definitely applies here.

From their initial valuation and marketing of our property to the day we completed and moved, they proved to be helpful, reliable and efficient giving a professional yet friendly service.
