Their local knowledge of the area is a bonus to any buyer. Couldn't ask for a better estate agent. They even put up with my partner popping in every 5 minutes to see how things were going! Amazing team of dedicated professionals.

25th Apr 2025 (5 days ago)We cannot recommend WH Brown enough, a very friendly but professional service from start to finish, we dealt with Claire primarily, who was very knowledgeable and supportive. On this occasion we have withdrawn our sale but we wouldn’t hesitate to use WH Brown should our circumstances change in the future.

11th Feb 2022 (3 years ago)I'm not one for reviews but I have to share my experience. After renting my property out through Northwoods (a lot of years), it was time to buy a new property. They had been fantastic at managing the property over the years, with constant communication and regular updates. the property was never left empty for long, just long enough to allow maintenance to be done (By their approved contractors) before new tenants moved in. So based on their professionalism I choose them to handle the purchase. It just seemed effortless, again communication was spot on, I never once had to call to push along, Sara and Sam seemed to be one step ahead and kept me well informed explaining any issues that might arise, when there was a problem they sorted it all out with a common sense approach. When the other party seemed to be dragging their heels (solicitors) on completion, there they were again helping the transaction through to the end. I can not recommend these guys enough, for making everything hassle free, with no stress at all.

18th Nov 2024 (23 weeks ago)After coming across a negative review of inspired from a potential buyer of mine, I am very upset with the lies and harm this review has caused. The buyer described her experience as extremely negative, stating that inspired has lied to her when in fact they have been very clear and on top of what was happening, interests, the progress, policies, and most importantly the COST of everything. After wasting a year with this buyer through a different agency and now another year with the SAME buyer through inspired…clearly the issue is not with the agency… As a seller I am very happy with the quality of care, compassion and professionalism in this agency. Really recommend inspired, they have been doing an amazing job! Shame that when someone can’t make their mind up whether to buy or not is now expressing themselves negatively on the agency. Keep up the good work inspired!

I am thoroughly and completely , 200% satisfied and happy the way Shah has supported, handled and dealt buying process of 3 bed house at NN11 Northampton.

The agent kept me informed at every stage, making the process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell/buy their home!

We have regularly had scheduled house inspections so we can keep each party updated on the house and when they turn up all is well, but countless times they have not turned up to the house inspections when we, the tenants, have taken days off work to be available for this and consequently we’re out of wages due to this. It is unacceptable and they are consistently unapologetic. Communication between their staff needs to be improved as well as to their tenants.

Such great people. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Sarah who helped me through every step right until the end.
