Would be a zero if allowed. AVOID. I left the property I rented and had my deposit withheld as they accused me of leaving the property in a bad state - luckily I was able to prove that the aspects of the property that they were disputing was the state I took it in, and had pictures to prove it.
They eventually released the deposit after a few months. However, an overpayment that I was due a refund on was agreed and obtained from the landlord, but never reached me - almost a year on.
I called every single day for about a month and never got the call backs that were promised. The manager did engage in email correspondence at one point, but was inexplicably rude (despite the issues I was having, I was always fair and polite in my manner) and he made comments that made me consider legal action.
Finally, (to stress their incompetence) they sent pictures to the energy company to close my account, but took and sent pictures of somebody else's meter - meaning that my final bill was completely inaccurate. Luckily, again could prove with pictures that I had taken myself.
If anybody from this company would like to discuss this feedback, I can be contacted on the details that you hold for me.

DMF Lettings is the worst agency out there. They are terrible at communicating, ignore all emails (I get the odd sarcastic reply after threading to take it further); even when I call they tell me a manger needs to deal with me and yet I am still waiting ( over 3 months now). I wouldn't recommend them to anyone..AVOID Them at all cost.
As a previous customer all I can say is that I am highly disappointed in the fact that I am being left without any updates or idea of when I may be contacted; IF I get contacted. This is because their customer service is almost non-existent and I have been spending months trying to get an answer back from them.
