Quite possibly the worst estate agent I have had to deal with. There is not a single bit of care for the tenants and take no interest when problems occur. Communication is terrible, they are very hard to get a hold of and consistently ignore emails and calls and fail to return them.

I've used Dobsons a few times now to sell properties. What I like the most is they communicate with you on a regular basis keeping you up to date with what is happening. They are always very positive and professional. I would definitely recommend them. Give them a go!

Many thanks to Abigail for everything that she did to secure our purchase. We are hugely appreciative of all of her support but I particularly want to thank her for finding the property in the first place. I doubt it would ever have happened if it wasn’t for her introducing us to the vendor at a point when the house was not yet back on the market following COVID-19 lockdown.

First purchase of property in Northumberland, contacted Dobsons to arrange several viewings in the area dealing mainly with Abigail who was extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. In her absence all other Dobson staff members offered what ever assistance they could.
