Valerie and her team could not have been more helpful in assisting me to find a suitable property in Ponteland. They have contacted me regularly to ensure I am making steady progress with solicitors.As soon as I have a worry or concern they deal with it competently. Professional service from day we first viewed property to hand over of keys.

Hopeless, left a voicemail for them to value my home, no reply, went today 1st August the sign on the door said open, but was locked, another chap was trying to get in, rang the number but no reply ...why would I trust geese people to sell my house? I must look elsewhere...

Friendly, professional and easy to work with.
Used the Ponteland branch for a recent sale from start to finish the team were brilliant, helpful, professional and offered sound feedback. The sale proved to be complex, the office manager was excellent in helping to resolves issues as they arose. In all very satisfied with the service.

A property agent that adores brown paper bags and under the table dealings. This branch in particular never answers their phone's or email's and doesn't like to arrange viewings.
After consistently trying to gain contact with the agent, a viewing was alas arranged. You would expect an agent to follow through with all viewings irrespective of the highest offer, but not this one. This branch phoned at their convenience to inform us the viewing was cancelled but we could still put an offer in, what kind of funny business is this?
I would advise people to stay well away from this branch, in fact, consider it a favour their phone line and email's aren't accessible, it'll save yourself the hassle of trying to arrange a viewing online for it to be dropped because someone has already 'placed and offfer' AKA slipped a brown paper bag underneath the table.

I have been dealing with Angela Rafiq with the buying of a bungalow from bridgfords and with the sale of my parents house and her service and help has been second to none, always able to call for assistance and help when needed i can recommend bridgfords for buying and selling.

We ve worked with Angela for the valuation and sale of our property and she was great. She explained the process to us and kept us up to date for every step. She liaised with the solicitors, remained in constand communication with the buyers and dealt with all the enquiries that came through.
