Hilarious! just got off the phone to this Man who was either a little slow or just straight up rude, couldn't quite tell.I then read the reviews of the company and surprise surprise! it seems like it a very common occurrence with him... I suggest you polish up your manners sir, unless you want to drive your business into the ground, for a customer service role, you're doing a poor job! All it takes is to look at his current reviews online, there's no smoke without fire. 1.6 out of 5 stars and he's still convinced he's right and everyone else is wrong and not changing his ways, instead of trying to find out how he's disappointed all these people he prefers to leave defensive comments. I mean come on, you have to be either mad, deluded or trying to go bankrupt by continuing to ignore the obvious. That's not how you run a business or handle complaints Donald ! lol talking about having ounces of business sense you could do with some yourself. Oh well the numbers speak for themselves, 10 negatoves comments out of 12 reviews just says it all... I can't even imagine what it must like to deal with him on a daily basis, whats a brainless bully... basic manners is all it takes.. Good luck anyways!... Read more

If you think moving into a Donald Shannon property is difficult enough, try moving out of one! Had the worst tenancy I've ever experienced, I'd highly recommend you avoid this agency.... Read more

I have been a client of donald shannon estate agents for over 15 years, no other agent locally has such a depth of knowledge regarding purchase,sale and rental of property in south east london. I have found the thorough searches on prospective tenants to be worth their weight in gold,I have never had a bad or defaulting tenant through them. When i have sold a propery they have achieved the price i had hoped for and in a short time span. What more do you want from an agent other than straight forward information. I know what i want is not a sharp suit and smile to match. Give me some one with àtime in the saddle who knows their onions any day.... Read more

This man is rude and aggressive and unwilling to listen to any other points of view. After viewing a flat I phoned to say that it wasn't quite right for me, but did he have any other flats I could view? He asked me what was wrong with the first flat and I explained; rather than accept my views and then try and rent me another flat (like a canny person might) he instead exploded into a tirade of how wrong I was and how I knew nothing of what I was talking about.
