There aren't enough stars to review Urban Village! After renting in London for 10 years now, I have never come across a more professional, friendly and helpful estate agents and I cannot recommend Suzanne highly enough. Urban Village treat you like a human being and try to find helpful solutions for both tenant and landlord. Their tenancy agreements are clear and fair, their check in and check out procedure is transparent and they are extremely flexible - I messed them around a few times with a move out date as I was buying a flat and the date kept changing, but they bent over backwards to accommodate me whilst also keeping the landlord happy. It has been a pleasure renting through Urban Village and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Suzanne, Sarah and Ted did a fantastic job selling our flat at a very difficult time in the market. We really appreciated the energy and enthusiasm they put into finding a buyer for us and how professionally they negotiated some difficult parts of the process for us.
