Abi was really helpful and efficient in helping us find our new flat. I was really happy with the service I received from her.
Everything was great until we moved in the flat and we were needing them. Their property management service is the worse we had to deal with. They are unprofessional and rude, and won't try to help you. Throughout our renting period, we had several normal issues with the flat, that normally shouldn't take long to resolve. We were usually waiting weeks to get things fixed, by sending multiple emails that were almost never answered to. We were dealing with Kirilee who was highly unprofessional and not proactive, and more than one time we had to escalate to her manager to get things done. At one point we had a problem with the hot water system, and this problem lasted for 4 months. We were spending weeks without any reply from Kirilee to calls and emails, and we lost a lot of time chasing them.
We also spent 2 months before getting our deposit back, and things only moved when we mentioned we were going to start legal actions.
As a conclusion, everything was great when visiting the property, getting the paperwork done (our renewal contract was surprisingly extremely fast) and checking in. But as soon as there is no money involved and you need them, you're on your own.
We had to deal with other estate agency, and I strongly advised against this one.
Morgan at the Balham office was excellent. We viewed a range of properties in keeping with our requirements and he was also able to offer helpful advice on the local property market. We would highly recommend Morgan Randall and if you’re at the Balham office - ask for Morgan!
By far the worst customer service that I’ve ever come across. We have lived in the property for almost 2 weeks now and still have not received the correct keys. They gave us one of keys and told us we had to get more cut because we moved in late! What is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard! After complaining there eventually gave us another set but then the lobby key did not work! I was informed by the landlord that she had told them that they had to get the lobby key done by a specialist key cutter, they obviously didn’t listen to a word of that. We currently still do not have keys when I messaged them about it, I was told I had to return the keys because they were a lot of money! You can understand why it’s the worst customer service I have ever come across. They did not apologise for giving us the wrong set of keys they have not said that they are going to get more cut even though it is in the contract. The complete absurdity of this whole situation irritates the hell out of me! That I can’t even get into the property that I’m paying for.
But there is more! When we moved into the property of the hot water wasn’t working! It is still not working we have to get a new boiler! They said they checked it a couple days before we move in but the way the company is managed I very much doubt they did. We also have problems with the furniture that is unusable! The table in the living room is completely wonky the chairs scrape against the wooden floor, so at the minute I’m eating my dinner on the sofa. Until my order comes through on Amazon because God knows they are not going to get any new ones. Our double bed in our room has got wheels so every time we get on it I feel like I’m dancing on ice! The shower head is completely screwed! The doors to balcony do not open!
I could probably go on for days! Yeah so a long story short you are probably best off not using this company. Save yourself the stress and knew someone else I wish I did.
Jamie Baker was fantastic throughout our search for a rental property! We ended up securing a property in Clapham old town that never would have crossed our radar unless Jamie was looking after us. Jamie was informative and gave valuable advice which led to a stress free, quick and painless let. 10/10!
Terrible experience working with Kinleigh Folkward & Hawyward. Having worked with a number of quality agents over the years, KFH charge the same type of fees but do not provide as good a service as the likes of John D Wood and Foxtons. They did not ensure everything we put in the agreement was completed before our move in, did not inspect the property enough to know it was full of damp, were slow on responses, did not even ensure a professional clean was completed before we received the keys, all of which was in the contract. To get respectable tenants, you need to choose agencies like John D Wood who provide high quality service.
My property went on the market with Haart and was sold within the first week. Sukina and Jessica did a great job in the selling the place. However, we had some issues with the legal side, nothing to do with Haart, and Laura Thompson from Haart went out of her way to get it resolved. She was a constant and pleasant source of updates for me and no doubt a thorn in the side of the legal team as she 'encouraged' them all to work towards a faster resolution. I would definitely recommend the whole team
The worst service I have ever received from an estate agents in my 22 years of dealing with property... I honestly do not understand how Esta Wilson is a branch manager... or should I add "Senior Branch Manager" in her own words. When I had a complaint about her telephone manner and aggressive tone, she sarcastically said "There is nobody to complain to, I am the manager so say what you have to say". She is absolutely rude, uncouth, impatient, and possess no manners whatsoever. I was bewildered by her behaviour as a (supposed) working professional. She is a disgrace to management on all levels and I will never use Haart Brixton, or any Haart office again!! She deserves zero stars!
Next Door Properties is the best agency I have been to, really friendly staff who go out of their way to provide an amazing service. Would definitely recommend these guys!

I would highly recommend KFH in East Dulwich. Elliot in the lettings department found us wonderful tenants on both occasions we were looking to rent our house. Honest, professional and with new tenants secured in record time it has to be 5 stars!
KFH's strength was the speed at which they understood exactly what we were looking for and then how hard they worked to find it for us. We love our new home!
