Annabel from Hamptons Clapham was such a star. She knew exactly what our criteria was and before the property came on the market we were shown a great flat and put in an offer then and there. Annabel was very attentive and helpful from assisting with the offer to handing over the keys. Thank you so much
we had a great experience with the Hamptons.
Particularly with the Clapham agency where we were looked after with extreme care and professionalism by all staff. Especially want to thank Victoria and Rhian for their helpfulness and kindness.
They managed to rent, due to their experience, our property in three days finding a reliable and serius tenant.

Temi has been excellent help throughout the rental process for my partner and I. She has been extremely supportive and her communication was amazing. We really appreciated all of her help and her expertise. We are so happy in our new apartment, thank you so much!
I honestly don't know where all these top reviews came from, so I'll share my story between me and KFH. They promised great and looked professional when showing me the flat (some wrong information provided during the progress, although I believe they're not intended to), but I faced very different situation after signing the contract with them. I couldn't get any useful information about council tax or utility bills after sending several emails for inquiring, I couldn't get the broken shower fixed after several emails with no reply, I couldn't get any solution when reporting severe formaldehyde odor in the bedroom beside "that's serious are you sure?", not to mention other inquiries that were ignored. Maybe the property manager is either too busy or thinks me as a tenant not worth paying attention to(they even got my name wrong on the contract and I needed to remind them several times to correct it). All these happened within the first 10 days after I moved into the flat, how can I be satisfied or being optimistic here?
Not very responsive, not recommended based on my personal experience.
Fantastic experience with KFH when finding a place to rent. Anton King, the undisputed 'King' of lettings. As legendary as Arthur, as revered as Martin Luther and as attentive as Stephen - he was efficient, diligent and professional throughout. Watch out Kinleigh, it will be called King, Folkard & Hayward soon.
Terrible experience working with Kinleigh Folkward & Hawyward. Having worked with a number of quality agents over the years, KFH charge the same type of fees but do not provide as good a service as the likes of John D Wood and Foxtons. They did not ensure everything we put in the agreement was completed before our move in, did not inspect the property enough to know it was full of damp, were slow on responses, did not even ensure a professional clean was completed before we received the keys, all of which was in the contract. To get respectable tenants, you need to choose agencies like John D Wood who provide high quality service.
The renting process was easy and smooth. Joao and Emanuel gave me excellent advice, and they were both professional and friendly.

Avoid Avoid. Poor service from the start with Jibby and the on and off property manager Thomas Evans. It cost me 13% to manage my property, they hardly did anything. When they did manage my property such as, they charged me £150 for wool mesh to cover holes on floor and labour. The holes were not all covered and I had to have the work redone again. I had to manager my property. My tenants also complained that they could never get hold of the property manager and waited a long before the call was returned.. worst experience possible fir myself and tenants. I wouldn't recommend this letting agency.
Paul and the team managed to steer a very difficult sale through to end despite a difficult buyer, in a very challenging market. Any agent can sell a house when the market is up. The mark of a good agent is how they perform when it is down. And boy did they perform. Well done.
KFH are a horrible pathetic corporate bag of nails. They are liars. In any other market conditions they'd wrap up in a month and the staff would be back to hairdresser school. I look forward to the day they are done.
