Jake at KFH Battersea made looking for a new place all the worthwhile. I'd happily recommend them and couldn't have asked for a better agent in Jake! I felt he was very professional and went above and beyond what I had expected. He was really friendly and any queries I had were answered quickly but were also made very easy to understand
As a landlord, I thought KFH's letting service was very good, supportive and always gave me confidence I was in good hands. Carl was very professional, his judgement was sound and he kept me informed. I particularly appreciated his efforts to fight me corner and do the best he could. He was ably supported by Zoe who was very helpful and responsive.
Esta Robinson handled our sale and was lovely to deal with - always friendly, professional and great at keeping us up to date (and calm!) with the latest developments.
Do not go through Haart Brixton! The manager jessica was extremely rude, refused to listen, raised voice and hung up the telephone - all unprovoked. She clearly has a temper issue and should not be client facing. They also kept 500 pounds of reservation fee after the landlord dropped out claiming document was not completed in time. This was not the case as all documents were uploaded (even with the managers erratic and constantly changing document requirements) and this was clearly reflected in the web portal. I even receieved a call that the landlord was pulling out before actual application deadline and now she is claiming i did not complete the aplication/upload document and is refusing to refund the deposit. They are clearly running a scam here. Do not use at all cost!
We recently used KFH to sell our house in Dulwich, with Charlene Mcgarry acting as our agent. She was professional, proactive and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her and KFH.
Used this outlet and felt completed to leave a feedback. After several weeks they found an unsuitable tenant who could not provide any proof of employment, apparently this could only be provided once she moved into the property. I was then asked to downgrade my recently renovated high specification three bedroom house to a 2 bedroom and market the third bedroom as a study despite it having a built in wardrobe. Where is the logic? Obviously, a waste of time and I would never use them again or recommend. AVOID.
I've been really lucky to know Marko to Foxtons, he is heling me a lot in finding one bedroom garden flat, despite the difficulties due to the fact that I have two small dogs.
Many thanks Marko.

Mate of mine tried to leave his contract early so we could live together. He found a new tenant - no loss whatsoever to Foxtons in terms of the return / commission generated on the property. Charged him a £300 fee for 'commission lost', essentially taking advantage of his wish to leave his contract early. Not what I'd called ethical practice. Not the sort of company to fail to enforce some spurious clause of your tenancy if it can make them a couple of quid. Capitalism at its 'best'.
Great customer service from Anil vural!! He was extremely polite and helpful throughout the whole process. Definitely would recommend to friends and family if they’re looking for a new home. Best estate agency ever!!
David Key advertised some good rental properties. Andrew Seemungal is the Senior Negotiator there and helped us close a contract for a price that was within our budget. Any problems Andrew was quick to ensure that they were resolved which made the experience easier as it can be quite stressful. For me the courtesy, honesty shown by Andrew is what prompts me to post this review.
