We sold our Flat with Andrew and were very happy with the service and support he gave. Our Flat had been Let out for over 25 years but we had decided to sell and Andrew was recommended to us by our Letting Agent. He clearly has a huge amount of knowledge on the local market and he was clear, transparent and easy to deal with. He did way more than we expected - Advertising, Viewings,Visits for Trades, he even kept the plants alive. We got the price we aimed for in our time-frame of pre-UK Budget.
