Brilliant service from Nicky Meikle who had an offer on my flat two days after she put it on the market in central Edinburgh. I had bad experiences from two other agents who ha had the pay flat on the market for three months, so it was refreshing to work with such a good company. 5 stars well deserved as Mark and Greig were fantastic all the way through the whole process of selling my mother's house for her and purchasing her new property. Mark at Cullertons was recommended to us by a friend; now we recommend him to friends, acquaintances and strangers alike! We went with a boutique agent for personalised service, but Mark and his colleague Greig surpassed our expectations. From our first meeting we felt reassured we'd sell well and sell fast; we had 17 viewings in 12 days and sold on day 13. But those stats don't tell the full story - Mark handled every viewing, kept us informed pre and post, was good humoured, commercial, and incredibly supportive. Couldn't sprak more highly of him.

Yesterday marked two years since we moved into our new home (only quarter of a mile from our old home).
We’ll be forever grateful to Mark and Grieg, who helped us achieve this.
From the moment we met Mark, we were struck by his genuine passion and knowledge of the Edinburgh property market. He actually popped in to initially meet us on his day off. ?
The thing we really liked about Mark, was even though the market was buoyant (many similar homes were selling in a month), he was honest realistic from the get go about our home sale. ? The one piece of advice he gave us was …”don’t be fooled by what you read it isn’t going to be a quick sale.” It was actually this honesty that made us use Cullertons ?
It actually took 9 months to sell our home (location was a busy road). During the 9 months, Mark and his team continually checked in with us, undertaking viewings, following up with feedback and provided reassurence that it would all work out.
Brochures produced, needless to say, I had a little bit of creative input ???? thanks to Michelle Milnes Property Studios Ltd. for the brochure and video (and their photographer for his patience!)

Sale secured, it was as though the heavens had aligned. We hadn’t looked at any property to buy during this time. It was our 19 year wedding anniversary; still

I recently sold my property in Stockbridge and engaged with a few agents before launching with Cullerton’s. I was initially struck by their comprehensive knowledge of the local market and the extra efforts to really understand and formulate the best strategy to market our property to secure the highest sale price. It was also made clear from the beginning my property would be handled by a Director and his direct support team, unlike some of the larger agents who pitched for our business, which had slightly concerned me at the time. The photographs and marketing content were produced with lightning speed and I received something I was really proud of. It was impressive to witness Cullerton’s adept strategy and polished service play out. The diary filled with lots of enquiries and viewings, which were very ably converted into several terrific offers at a closing date - all achieved less than three weeks after launch. I was delighted with Cullerton’s service and the sales price achieved, which far exceeded our expectation, and has allowed my husband and I to increase our budget on our next home purchase, which Cullerton’s are now assisting us with sourcing. Cullertons sold my 3 bedroom property in December 2020. It was a difficult time of year to sell property, even in Edinburgh. I had tried to sell it previously through my solicitor without success.
Cullertons were recommended to me by a friend who said they had been very impressed with them and they exceeded my expectations.
The day after I contacted them Mark himself came to view my property. He was very friendly and reassuring and within a week I had a fabulous glossy brochure that showed the property to its best advantage, and it was back on the market. The first day alone, there were 7 requests for a viewing. Mark did all the viewings personally taking a huge pressure away from me, the seller. Mark kept me informed on a daily basis until the property sold a few weeks later.
I cannot recommend Cullertons highly enough. If you have a property to sell they are the people to do it.

Our property was on the market with Savills for 4 weeks with no real traction (and if anything we felt like our flat was lost within Savills' large portfolio). Mark took on the marketing of our flat and sold it within 6 days. The marketing material was far superior (according to neighbours and viewers who had seen the previous photos) and service was personal and professional. Mark was also pro-actively utilised property contacts in Edinburgh to smooth out kinks in the house we were purchasing (which he wasn't even looking after). Highly recommend.

Moreover, we sold the house within a matter of weeks at a time when other houses in the same price bracket were struggling to sell. I sold my property recently with Cullertons in St Stephen St, Stockbridge. They gave me an excellent service and were helpful, professional, friendly and approachable and they negotiated a very good price for me. In all, a brilliant service which I would recommend above the other well known agent for New Town and Stockbridge, who, btw, I would think twice about using having had a negative experience with them - they didn't manage to sell my flat and they also tried to get me to lower the price so they could make a quick buck at my expense...fortunately, Mark took over and got me a good deal. Top marks.
