Stuart rented our house out to cannabis farmers who wrecked it . Didn’t check it for 13 months . Ran away from fixing it . Folded his companies we tried to sue . Scumbag

LouiseLewis Property purchases property regularly from estate agents in Plymouth and we really appreciated the personal service from the independent business based in Stoke Village. We would not hesitate to work together again and hope for more future business together. Everything that is required to be done is actioned smoothly, efficiently and without delay. Communication is second to none and I really could not recommend this independent business more.. far better than corporate!

My house was turned into a cannabis farm whilst he was managing it. Thousands of pounds worth of damage and he’s made Mickey Mouse bodge Jon’s at fixing. Keys handed back today, house filthy, garde full of dirty white goods, floors and carpets destroyed.
All his promises mean nothing.

1st Class Company with Outstanding Service.Both myself and Partner have recently rented a Property through Donnington Stuart.The service we received from both Stuart and Sara was 1st Class.They made things so easy from start to finish.Stuart was always at the end of the phone if I had queries to be answered.The House we are currently renting is Outstanding for myself and family.I would not hesitate to recommend Stuart to anyone who is looking at Renting as he definitely knows his Stuff!

An absolute disaster of a business. Stuart has to be the most stupidest, dumbest person I’ve ever heard of. Racked up debts over £750k from several creditors, we had bailiffs chase him for money over maintenance costs which he refused to pay. Do not rent a property from this guy, he will screw you over the first opportunity he gets! He should be in prison!
