So where to start with
I had a house with them and that was my biggest mistake
They took 3 months + 1200 deposit so i can move in the house with my wife
We gave all these money and the house had no electricity and no gas and i had to fix it with the company and i was without electricity 3 days
My contract was for 6 months and they started viewing the house to other people from the 3 third month to sell it while we was still in
Once me and my wife was sleeping and they came in the house without even noticing us no call no nothing while we was sleeping that's insane
The worst of all things is that my 1200 deposit when we left the house they never gave it to us
We cleaned all the house we fix some small damages we have done with our money so we can take the full deposit but they never gave it to us they said they don't know who took the money the girls there inside was like we never took it or we took it and we gave it to big boss Dan Pearce so i called the big boss and he said girls never gave it to me
so they had no idea where the money went
I went to the police to report it and i was socked what they told me
I swear to my mother they told me that 20 different houses people 20 different families went there and said the same for this company
I have never seen that before up to 20 different people had lost their money
Be careful with those people with that specific store and company

We had great service and support after a bereavement to sell a family home from Dan Pearce Sell Homes in Morley. From start to finish we were looked after. They handled all the viewings, kept us up to date. Fab photos and advertising to sell this home. We achieved an asking price offer shortly after it hit the market. We would highly recommend this estate agent.

Unprofessional conduct - unnecessary and incessant calls to chase buyer on outstanding matters that are patently out of the buyers control. Buyers estate agent ended up pulling some of their weight to keep the chain afloat.
