!!!SELLERS BE AWARE!!!
This agent conspires with cash rich clients to under value your property takes bribes from them to sell your house much cheaper as they did with us. We offered 20k above the asking price were chain free with our funds all in place & they still refused to put our offer forward to the vendor. We decided to take matters in our hands & paid the vendor a visit who was unaware of our offer. Unethical business etiquette.
