Very professional and helpful service from this branch (not something that can be said for Reeds Rains as a whole unfortunately). Michael in particular was very good and helped a lot with quite a stressful house purchase.

Our dealings with Reeds Rains overall were professional from start to finish. However exceptional service recognition has to be given to Michael. Our solicitors were poor from the outset. But luckily we had Michael going above & beyond, not only to ensure our sale was seamless, but also getting involved with our onward purchase. His communication & interaction were second to none!! They let a property they had full management of (client living aboard) fall in to distress. Failed to inform the landlord on updates to the property. With repairs to get the house back to same state they took control of the property cost thousands of pounds. Awful service

Called me and acted as if I may get the apartment then ghosted me. Called them twice for an update and still heard nothing. Originally stopped looking for a new place because we wanted the one through RR and they didn't have the decency to let us know they gave it to someone else.

(2017) Scott Yule was really great helping me to find the best mortgage for me, and all the team at Reeds Rains in Morley made the purchase of my first home so easy and (relatively) stress free! Rachel helped me complete my paperwork, even though she didn't have to. Everyone is so helpful and I would highly recommend. Danni is an absolute star having constantly provided help throughout!
(2022) I used Reeds Rains again to sell the house I bought 2017 and I have to say the service I recieved was brilliant. Amber helped me throughout the process and was fantastic. The communication was great and Amber really helped by managing all the communications from different solicitors and sellers etc. I can highly recommend.

I can't give these guys enough stars to be honest! The service second to none from outset. From valuation, to organising viewings to sorting issues out with buyers or solicitors. They are with you every step of the way, always professional and efficient.
I have to give a special mention to Michael the negotiator as we truly wouldn't have managed the sale without his help.
We tried selling the previous year to a cheaper estate agents and it was a nightmare and never achieved a sale.
Reed and rains Morley office are worth every penny and i would highly recommend.
