Pleasant staff but no regular feed back or plan to sell until I complained. I think they need to think about various ways to improve the marketing of properties, rather than just suggesting reducing the price. Anyone can process a sale but not many can sell! Thats the difference.... Read more

The property was valued way too high, not sure if this was done to get the business. I went with them in the end as they were previously my letting agent, it just seemed to make sense. Had to reduce my price dramatically as I wasn't getting any interest. Office staff were helpful but overall not a great experience. Feel the valuer/manager lacks experience. Pretty sure I wouldn't use them again. Had issues on the letting side too!... Read more
